A “friend” and I were both going through infertility. I mentioned what I would name a little boy, I explained the meaning of the name and everything. She got pregnant not too long after that and named her child Benjamin, the name I have shared with her. I told her that it made me sad because I was waiting and praying to name my baby, I asked her if she had other names on her list. She went on to say “You don’t even know if you will ever get pregnant”. That wrecked me! She was not a good person, and we are not friends anymore. I have waited and prayed another 3 years to get pregnant, now I have 2 babies to name!!! 🤰🏻 #Godisgood #twins
@@leticiaaguirre3458 , True but that makes it even more worse .. Its as if the lady is obsessed with her life and kids .. Thats so freaking weird to take both her friend kids names .
Formay Youtuv she didn’t get but ok lmao Monica literally told her the names she was gonna have for her kids and Rachel secretly liked them but Monica noticed and asked. Rachel denied but Monica said she can have those names.
khristina lmao what are you talking about. Ross exposes Monica for knowing her baby names. Then when she says the boys name Rachel asks “and if it’s a girl” and Monica straight up says “I don’t wanna say”. And thennnnn Monica offers it after Rachel so obviously falls in love with it. You need to rewatch the scene. And just because Monica gives it to her she’s a good friend. Rachel shouldn’t have taken it and just said no.
Formay Youtuv the point is is that Monica gave her permission too and Rachel made sure to confirm with her. So none of that really matters. If there’s permission there shouldn’t be an issue.
My SIL stole ours...for my last baby I told her I was having a boy(when I had a girl) gave her a random boy name that I hated and she named her son that name. She had her baby 10 days before mine 😂
Laronda Gomes Yes, my mother's always goes by that with us. My brother had a baby name he liked for future kids his friend wife was expecting and they planned to name the child by the mother's name they ended up using the name my brother mentioned.
YouGlowing They were going to the name the child after the wife but my brother's friend ended up naming the child my brother liked for his future child.
Seriously, not just baby names, my step sister got married a few months before I did and I didn't really get along with her or her mom, but trying to be nice I talked to my step mom about what my plans were, every single thing I told her ended up being at my step sisters wedding including the father daughter dance song that she danced to with my dad (I loved her first) he didnt even become her step dad until we were both 18 and out of the house. I changed my song and my step mom and her kids didn't even show up at my wedding...
I told my sister I wanted to name our first house dog maverick. She got pregnant and named her son that. She still says that she didnt steal the name. And that it would be wrong for me to name my dog maverick. The nerve!!! Lol
My best friend and I were pregnant together, our daughters were born two weeks apart. My daughter is Gianna she was born first and her daughter is Ariana and they have been best friends since birth! They turned 16 last year! This is how best friends behave!
My senior year of high school I told the girl I was sitting next to that my first son would be name Harrison James as I love the Beatles and the name James has always sounded so nice to me. I had that name in my mind for nearly 10 years at that point. She got pregnant right at the end of senior year and when her baby was born she made this big announcement of her son and his name: Harrison James. I was shocked. I’d only had one class with this girl and she was nice enough but I never would have expected she’d steal my baby name that I briefly mentioned ONCE. Someone asked her what made her think of his name and her response was “oh it just came to me one day” 😂😂😂 sure sweaty.
My Aunt stole the name I told her I was gonna name my daughter, so I named my daughter something similar and it sound cuter lol 😂 she was pissed she ain’t think of it first hahaha
@@briellrodriguez4204 Some people are just not creative when it comes to kids names. Kudos to you for knowing how to spin that one around on her! And I love ur name by the way
Baby name drama has always followed me. I totally get that you can’t “own” names, but to steal a name that someone has shared with you is such BS. And then to pretend the convo never happened. Has happened to me twice!
A lot of ppl take pride in the names they choose for their children because it usually has significance or meaning behind it so to go be a copycat especially if it was a unique name that’s so lame lol
Maya Clery Right. And do people know how hard it is to pick a baby name? So much research and thought put into it. Imagine scouring the internet looking for the perfect name, looking up meanings and origins, everything and finally finding the one that’s special to you just for someone to take it and beat you to the punch. 😒 Lol I’m mad just thinking about it.
This day in age are obsessed with having unique names. And famcy spellings to traditional names. Its soo wack and over rated. I work at a call center and i hear thousands of names duplicate names. Ppl getade when you try to spell it and thier information dnt pop up because they wanted to put a spin on the spelling. But guess what even with the correct spelling you can find duplicats... Dnt ever think its unique. It my have segnificance to the person so chose it or has it but its still just a name. Myabe i look at it differently becuase of the call center. And it also gets on my nerves to think ppl are special because of thier name. When hour rude on the phone...... Your special ass is going to get hung up on regardless. Thats a different topic. But yes back to what i was saying... A name is a name is a name. In mexico is more of an aha moment when you know someone yas your name. You call them tocayos or tocayas. Its actually forms a unique bond at times
voflbcr numnumnum people are going a bit overboard trying to be unique. I think my children have pretty plain names and have the traditional spelling of those names and I did that on purpose. I was thinking ahead to graduation and when they get old enough to apply for jobs. That being said, people still butcher their names sometimes. 🤦🏾♀️
Honestly ! If I ever have a child(s) myself I want to give them a very special name .. I care so much and love them so much so I want their makes to be special and what I think defines them. If I choose an ild name that's rarely even used then so be it and it's unique as well . By the way I actually knew a girl naked Unique cause she is unique in her own way . She have such a lovely freaking name . The fact people do that crap is honestly freaking upsetting ... They should go find and take time for their own special name to find for THEIR child .. Not steal someone else's .
Stealing a baby's name for your own is like copying tattoos, you _don't_ know the story behind it & you _don't_ know if it has a significant place in their family, if you like the name THAT much at least talk to your friend & see if you can meet a middle ground like instead of Aaliyah name the kid Alaia or something idk just don't copy come on now its 2019 you know damn well there is enough names to go around
xRebecckahx what if they both loved the name since forever and it was on their list of baby names. Me and my friend both love the name Cleo and maybe we both might you it. A name for your child isn't something you have to compromise.
Lacey Rein Well if both you and your friend are comfortable with sharing that name than that’s acceptable, it’s a problem if your friend went behind your back and called her child your picked out name and acted like it was a coincidence.
I know what you mean. My name is Aaliya and when a family friend was pregnant she named her baby Aaliyah but she pronounces it the same way as my name 😆😆
I'm 20 weeks now and I told everyone the name of my daughter. And when I tell you NEVER AGAIN. People's opinion are really irritating. They say " Are you sure? " And some of them have the nerve to say "Well I'm going to call her something else" Like what?!?! So next time I know to wait till birth.
Magdalena Ann it’s different because you don’t know her personally, and there are probably a couple thousand other people with that name throughout the world. Lol it is a cute name though
I got a story... A guy I was dating (Dan) and I were having a conversation about what we’d name our son if we had one together. We agreed on Jordan. He got the girl he was working with pregnant and guess what? They had a son and named him Jordan!!!!!! Top that 😂
I feel if you don't want people 'copying' you then don't tell people personal stuff because unfortunately there are a lot of jealous people out there. Slightly off subject but I feel it's the same with weddings not just baby names. When I got married, apart from close family, I never told anyone details about my dress, flowers, music etc because I knew quite a few women who were getting married around about the same time, and to be honest, I know how some women have tendencies to be petty and 'steal' ideas. When it comes to baby names I don't even discuss with people whether I have plans to have babies in future. I honestly just see that as being me and my husband's business. The only other person I talk about that stuff with is my mom.
So true. Had a crazy “friend” who even secretly closed on a house down the road from me 28 days after I bought my home.... she also started wearing her makeup like me and bought wigs to look like my hair. I won’t share the rest of the story bc I need to write a damn book
I had my son and posted his name and picture on Facebook welcoming his birth. About a month later I had a cousin who was pregnant with twins and didn't have any names for her son's and later stole my sons' whole name! Her sons first names are my son first and middle name! I was like wow. So you gone pretend u didn't know my son's name and you named both of your children my child's name?! How is that going to look at family functions 😒😒😒 If she had triplets she probably would have taken his last name too! 😒
Yes! 😂 Well, Monica could see that Rachel loved the name so much (and she was having so much trouble finding one she liked), and Monica knew that the baby would be her niece, so she said Rachel could use the name! Really, Monica is a nicer than me! But it’s her own fault for telling Rachel her chosen name! 😊
this 💯 I never understood the whole “baby name stealing” thing. I understand wanting to be original with names but at the end of the day no name is 100% unique and your child will most likely have classmates or make friends with the same 1st name, unless you chose a very rare name
When I was 9 years old, I had a doll that I had named Alyssa Denay. It was the late 80's and I LOVED Alyssa Milano, and then I knew some sisters whose names I had mixed up one time and accidentally said "Denay" but thought it sounded pretty. WELL, I was at a family get together and one of my Aunts who I hardly saw, was pregnant and asked me what my doll's name was. LO AND BEHOLD, my little cousin is born and her name is ALYSSA DENAY. What the what?!! Crazy.
I told a friend the name I was going to give my future baby, few weeks after, she calls and says she is expecting and was thinking of using my baby name.???🤯 As God will have it she found out she was having a girl so couldn't use the name. Unbelievable!!!🤔
God showed you her true colors 😉 like, a name is not the end of the world, BUT the fact that she played you like that and ended up not being able to use the name in the end 😆 shows you what she could do about more important things in life... like starting a business or other stuff.
Random Random easy for you to say. Some people put significance behind their baby names. And for a friend to steal it just because it sounds “cute” , is cruel.
If a friend took my daughters name I would be pissed, it's a combo of mine and my moms name and honestly cant picture anyone but my daughter with it. Took my entire pregnancy to decide
I've had the name of my future daughter picked out since I was a young child. When my niece was born, guess what name they used? I was pretty pissed, but my family acted like it should be no big deal. She had kids first, so she could use whatever name she wanted. I'm still using the name for my future girl and if it's confusing, that's not my fault. I warned her when she was pregnant that it would be confusing when I had a daughter and she didn't want to listen.
maybellinelover this happened to me. My sister in-law stole both my kids name and added an extra letter saying it’s different. The kicker is that my kids took my last name not their fathers. My sister in-law took my brothers last name which is the same as mine. Now that’s confusing. I had my kids first too they were one year old when she gave birth.
@@pcbrs The thing that frustrates me is that she did have her kids first. I feel like people will probably say that I could just change my mind or whatever, but I've had this name picked out my whole life. She didn't. People might think I copied her when it was the other way around.
I’m literally in the same situation now. Even though I probably won’t have kids for another 10 years it just sucks that she picked the name I’ve always wanted for my daughter. They also kept the name a secret til she was born and I hated that. I literally cried the entire day when I found out. Never liked the mother anyways
That just happened to me. I’ve had a name picked out for years, for my first boy. My cousin just had her baby and decided to name him the name I had picked. She knew about it and acted like she didn’t remember me saying anything. Now if I name my future son the same, everyone will think I copied her. I’m so hurt by this
@@fabio5102 damn, that sucks. If I were you I would still name my boy the name I wanted because that was my dream. Don't care with other people say or think, everyone has their own opinion, good or bad.
my friend did this! She mentioned she was gonna name her son Roman (or something) & I told her I like gender neutral names like "Peyton".....and she named her son Peyton 🙄 I don't have any kids yet....but I was definitely salty & side-eyeing her.
When I was a kid my best friend named her hamster the same as mine & I was HIGHLY upset 😂😂. could only imagine if someone did that with my children’s names, I’d be furious. Unoriginal, non creative, copycat.
I had never thought about this until it happened to me. One of my husband’s cousins came out for a family event when both I and his wife were pregnant. Literally a month different in due dates. The wife said the name they had for boy and girl. This was over thirty years ago. After she did that, I said we had decided on Andrew, and to call him Drew, if it was a boy. She has her baby a few months later, and it’s a boy, and lo and behold they named him Andrew, and said he would be called Drew. We have the same last name, which makes a bigger difference. I was FLABBERGASTED because these were pastors as well, which to me made it even worse. So underhanded to do this! We scrambled to figure out a different name for our son, as I didn’t want to name him the same name as his cousin. Everyone was complimenting the cute name and they acted like it just came to them one day. I’ve never forgotten how mean spirited and underhanded that woman was to do that.
@@lanalvr2413 makes perfect sense lmao. This chicks mom had a friend steal her baby's name. Her mom said the friend isn't original since she had to steal her baby's name and not come up with her own.
My husband and I had picked out names long before we ever had kids. When my brother's wife got pregnant, he used the name that we had discussed naming our potential son.
I get it. My husband and I having been trying to conceive for about 5 years. We have discussed baby names many times over the years and still cannot agree for a name for a boy or a girl. If we ever decide on a baby name by the time I become pregnant and someone deliberately names their child a name that took my husband and I years to pick, I would be pretty pissed. Now I realize that you can't own a name and there are many people in the world who may have the same name, but it is different when a friend or family member decides to you use your baby name Moral of the story: Do not tell anyone your baby name until the baby is born
This just reminded me of the FRIENDS episode when Rachel was trying to figure out what to name her daughter and she ended up going with Emma which was a name Monica had picked out long before. Rachel did sorta ask permission first though... 😅
My brother in law and his wife has talked about 2 baby names one for a boy and one for a girl. Even though I have had my list for a long time and those names are on it, as soon as I heard their choice for names I removed them from my list out of respect and love for them! That is the right thing to do, if it is a person you love and care for, if they had planned the names first then it is their baby names to have!
Happened to me in high school. My friends were expecting a daughter, they already had a name picked out. A bunch of us were sharing names we liked for our future children. Fast forward a few months they ditched the name they originally had and took mine 😤. I wasn’t having a baby anytime soon, so I felt a little silly being upset, but from that moment I decided to never share baby names with ANYBODY. Not even with my s/o until we’re expecting!
dance4life1208 lmao right. I already got mine picked out. I have 1 girl name and 3 boy names in mind. Girl names i’m a little more picky about. I’m not telling NOBODY. 😂
Lmaoo as soon as Jeanine got done reading the title Tamar would’ve been like “*mouth pop* well what you meannnn she stole her best friends child name?” 😂😂
I was meant to be called Charlotte, after my granddad Charles. My cousin then named her daughter Charlotte after our Granddad passed away. I was always a twin & my twin brother, Nathan, passed away. My family all know that Nathan is MY name if I ever have a son.
There are so many envious snakes pretending to be true friends these days, which is exactly why I would just say idk yet and keep the name to myself until after the baby is born.
That happen to me. I actually chose the name Adrian for a boy when I was pregnant the first time. I had a girl.so when I had my son everyone knew from the beginning. Me and my friends were pregnant at the same time her son came 3 weeks before mine. Everyone who went to the hospital was like isn’t that yaya’s son name. Lol and now we both have Adrian’s mind you she said she was naming him Matthew. Never once mentioned it the whole 9 months. 🙄
My mom wanted to name me Adrian but I was a girl (she discovered when I was born). Her sister in law however had a son a month before I was born and called him Adrian 😆 my mom was pissed
20 years I loved the names Sage, Forrest, River and Dusk. I got called crazy!!! Now they are almost "normal" names, but everyone I know, knows not to come for my name's 🤦🏾♀️💚
I love this color on Jeannie. The makeup and the sweater look stunning! 🔥 Ugh, but also Tamera. Tamera is just gorgeous. The Real stylists are so good 👏
I agree... I had a so called friend that referred to herself as my "bestfriend and sister " she did this. I found her so shady after. But, I overlooked it. More suspect actions followed her as time went on in our relationship. It's safe to say we dont have that same bond anymore. And she's definitely not my friend. Let alone, a sister. Some people are just shady.
I am surprised that the girls are the ones in these comments not understanding the point of this which is the name isn't the issue of the situation which is the way that the friend who was lying about small things like if you are willing to lie to me about the small things then what else are you willing to lie to me about. Also the covering up the fact that you did it in the first place.
That hapnd to my mom and me. My name was suppose to be keisha, My mom friend had her daughter the day befor i was born and she took keisha, So my mom named me, Keziah-Amirra. I love that way better then keisha, So thank u shay.
Just give everybody a fake name you hate so that they stop bothering you about a name and don't steel the one you actually love. I had to learn this the hard way when my friend stole the name I wanted to name my baby girl. She had told me she was going to name her Skyler so I thought it was safe to say the name I wanted my kid to have and told her I wanted to name my baby Charlotte. I wasn't pregnant at the time though. Anyways cut to her having the baby, and her announcing the name for the first time after the birth I was shocked. She named her Charlotte Skyler!
I was in love with the name Camden since I was 10 years old. But then right out of high school my step sister decided she'd name her child my baby name and ever since then I have not spoken to her. I've had 2 miscarriages and struggle with fertility.
Ive had a friend like this for almost 10 years. My mom always told me in the beginning of our friendship that we were not friends. Long story short it took me years to realize that she really wasn't my friend. We never had issues with baby names bc i didn't have a baby until after i stopped taking to her but she would literally copy EVERYTHING i said i would do and did do. In the end she was a real life hater. Glad shes out my life for good!
Me & my sister in law had the same babygirl name. I misscarried & she stayed with the name without carrying about my feelings. & she hated that everyone in the family would tell her that i had the same chosen aswell & she made a big scene about it while i would just stay quiet about it.
I had a friend in high school that was a pathological liar; another friend of ours mentioned that she wanted to name her twins Zane and Zariah; the pathological liar brought a fake obituary for her mother one day, and in the part that listed surviving relatives, low and behold was: Zane and Zariah ..... people can be insane.
Actually fan of the show wrote in and wanted advice for something like this a few seasons ago and for me although I would feel disrespected, you have to admit it does make u realize how bad some people are at A : creativity & B: some people are jealous and somehow in one way or another do things out of jealousy
This happened to my husband and I too, but it happened with my husband's brother. We mentioned we were trying to get pregnant (btw hubby suffers from male infertility) his brother had just had a baby boy about 4 months prior. He was upset because his girlfriend named the baby boy and he didn't like the name that she had chosen for their first born. We somehow mentioned (BIG MISTAKE) that if WE ever had a baby boy what WE would name him and then all of a sudden 2 months later they announced they were pregnant AGAIN!!!? For their entire pregnancy they didn't let us know what they were planning on naming the baby boy that they were going to have, which was odd because with the first they did announce the first baby's chosen name that the girlfriend picked out. So when their 2nd baby boy was born, guess what name they gave him??? YOU GUESSED IT!!!! They named him the name WE had previously told hubby's brother what name we would give our baby for if we had a baby boy in the future!!!!!!! 🤔😠 NEVER AGAIN!!! WILL I EVER MENTION SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAIN!!! SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST PLAIN SCANLESS!!! Anyway, years later we finally had our first baby and it was a boy!!! We decided NOT to tell anyone our chosen baby NAME'S for both genders because we didn't want anyone's opinions to affect our chosen names because some people will always have something negative to say 😒 We decided ALSO to not know our baby's gender until the actual due date!! And we looooove our baby's chosen name even more than the first one we had originally thought of lol! 😅 So I guess it worked out for the best, but still it was messed up that your own family members are capable of doing this type of crap also! 🤔
My moms friend literally did this. She knew me growing up and then she had a kid she named her child the same name as me. She told my mom it was a coincidence which we all knew was total bs, we would always go to her parties and hang at her house.
My brother in law did this, we mentioned the name that we loved for our second child and his gf gave birth that month and they named their child the name I had mentioned,, i was furious but they thought I was crazy because I'm not even pregnant yet. But now I know not to ever mention anything to anyone
This happened with my cousins. My one cousin was pregnant and her and my other cousin started talking about names. Cousin B goes, "I love the name Ava Marie. Thats what I want my daughters name to be." Cousin A goes "Oh thats cute." 9 months later Cousin A popped out Ava Marie and my other cousin was furious.
I have a friend who had only boys and then got pregnant with her baby girl. She asked me if she could call her like my daughter who was 2 I think at the time. In her case, it was because she liked it and out of admiration for me as a friend she looked up to... I had no objection, but she ended up picking another name along the way cause ppl were being anoying about it.
I love unique exotic names with nice meanings ! I used to hate my name , now I love how I've never heard it before & have named my two beautiful Babygirl's unique pretty & meaningful names too😍😍❣️❣️💖💖
Ugh I had this happpen to me. My "best friend" and I grew up with eachother from Kindergarten all the way to adulthood. She and I found out we were pregnant at the same time, her with her 3rd child, me with my 2nd. We worked at a daycare together. Her, a couple coworkers and I were at lunch and she was just like, "Do you guys have names picked out?" I was like, "Yeah, I think so." She kept begging me to tell everyone. We were going to keep it secret but I was like, Screw it...its not like she's going to steal it or anything. My husband and I were together since we were 15 & 16 and had our names picked out since then. So I said, "Well, we know for sure if it's a boy we are naming him Kolton Terry (after my husband's dad that had passed away)." She's like, "Yeah...we have no idea yet." Everyone at the table heard our conversation and 2 days later at work another coworker that wasn't at our lunch asked what we are naming our babies...she quickly said, "Oh, my boyfriend and I agreed on Kolton Terry." I was furious. And she ended up using the name and I had a girl. We are no longer friends after this...I'm now pregnant with baby #3 and no one will know our name for her. Whether it's sentimental or not.
imagine being so jealous and stupid that you're willing to steal a name that has no sentimental value to you. i'm sure your kids have really awesome and special names!
I made the mistake telling my SIL my girl name that I had saved thinking I would get pregnant before her... She unexpectedly got pregnant and told my husband her baby names they were thinking about... She said the name we had chosen! She's never been a good friend to me!
My sister and I were pregnant at the same time I told her the name I wanted if it were a girl. I ended up having a boy but I still wanted to keep the girl name for the future. We’ll when she had her daughter she named her the girl name I told her. She didn’t ask or anything just gave her the name. I was pissed and I felt betrayed. I’ll never forget. She’s shady af.
This happened to an old friend of mine. She wanted to name her future daughter a variation of her own name. Her supposed friend got pregnant and named her daughter my friend's made up name. As with most people's story, the friend didn't discuss it prior nor did she apologize. So messed up...
Y’all I would be PPPPPPPPIIIIIIISSSSSSED!!!!! If my best friend did that to me knowing it toke 5 months, long conversations with my hubby and research behind each names (unique/other language) for you to take it like that *snaps
When i gave birth to my first daughter i named my daughter and announced it to my family and friends on social media.... well this girl that i had on my friends seen it and a week later she gave birth and named her daughter the EXACT SAME even used my daughters MIDDLE NAME TOO 😑😑😑 I WAS PISSED. cause come on you already used the first name spelled the same think of the middle name YOURSELF!!!!!!

Congrats!!!!! Yes God is good!!!
Wow, she is wicked. I'm so happy you were able to have your babies despite her hate. 🙌🏽

in this case wasn’t her children born/named so she couldn’t hide their names from the ‘friend’

Margie Grover I would still name my dog Maverick lol
I wanted to name our dog Kira and my sister in law named her daughter that... now I can’t name our dog Kira anymore
Girl!! Name your dog maverick that’s a beautiful dog name. My next dog’s name will be bob lol lbvs
Hope you named your dog maverick
That’s so funny my dog’s name is Maverick!
This is why I don’t trust people.
Enough said
You’re petty!
My best friend and I were pregnant together, our daughters were born two weeks apart. My daughter is Gianna she was born first and her daughter is Ariana and they have been best friends since birth! They turned 16 last year! This is how best friends behave!
💯 exactly when you're best friends you wanna do all the same things together. Sheesh...what is this world coming to
My name is Ariana 😊
My name is Gianna and I was so shook.
My name's Ariana😁
So cute
Allie Vruggink the audacity
Oh hell no she'd be socked in the face if it were me
That’s an ugly name though! Remember people the name shapes the person!
Magu G - Then you must have a disgusting name, because you are a disgusting human being!

My Aunt stole the name I told her I was gonna name my daughter, so I named my daughter something similar and it sound cuter lol 😂 she was pissed she ain’t think of it first hahaha
PR RP facts! She even named her son after my ex who was my bf at the time she had her son 🙄
@@briellrodriguez4204 Some people are just not creative when it comes to kids names. Kudos to you for knowing how to spin that one around on her! And I love ur name by the way
What are the names??
@@lanabecker21 yeah. I wanna know
Juggling Finance I wanna know too 👁👁
Baby name drama has always followed me.
@Baby Dollz i got my message across
My name is Aaliyah
I'm 20 weeks now and I told everyone the name of my daughter. And when I tell you NEVER AGAIN. People's opinion are really irritating. They say " Are you sure? " And some of them have the nerve to say "Well I'm going to call her something else" Like what?!?! So next time I know to wait till birth.
I'm 35 weeks now and we are keeping it secret until birth. I don't need anyone's opinion.
I took tameras baby’s name I’ll admit it 😂 I spell it “Aariyah”
Magdalena Ann it’s different because you don’t know her personally, and there are probably a couple thousand other people with that name throughout the world. Lol it is a cute name though
Hahaha
I got a story...
A guy I was dating (Dan) and I were having a conversation about what we’d name our son if we had one together. We agreed on Jordan. He got the girl he was working with pregnant and guess what? They had a son and named him Jordan!!!!!!
Top that 😂
Val erie well damn
Sheeeeesh

@You Tube It has everything to do with her, it was the name that they agreed on. Not just a name he picked on his own

A.G. Always keep a dummy name lol
1. I love Jeannie's sweater 😍
2. "Coincidink" & "Bootleg" cracked me up.😂
3. People steal EVERYTHING! 😩 Can't have NOTHING.
@@mermaidsexist4339 such a damn shame🤦🤦, You should dress in a really awkward outfit just to see if shell copy that also. I wouldn't be surprised 🤦🤦

Dude that’s because they have no original thoughts so their own!
Jenise Amos 😂😬😬

Facts 😂
Who remembers when Rachel stole Monica’s baby name?
It’s so weird that I started watching friends only a week ago and managed to get spoiled so much. But damn looking forward to THAT Episode 😳
Chanel Joseph she let her have it
Julia Fehler don’t worry it’s not as bad as it sounds
Chanel Joseph That’s the first thing that came to mind lmao
If someone did this to me I’d still use the same name. I do not care if it’s confusing, no one told you to not be creative and pick your own name !
💯
this 💯 I never understood the whole “baby name stealing” thing.
Crazy.
So basically you got to name your cousin lol
Cruel
Should’ve lied to her😩😩
Amdrea McEady 😑
Stealing your niece's baby doll's name. How trifling? Lol
I told a friend the name I was going to give my future baby, few weeks after, she calls and says she is expecting and was thinking of using my baby name.???🤯
As God will have it she found out she was having a girl so couldn't use the name. Unbelievable!!!🤔
Barbara Tetteh-Quarshie Honestly, it’s not that serious. They’re names, not personalities.
God showed you her true colors 😉 like, a name is not the end of the world, BUT the fact that she played you like that and ended up not being able to use the name in the end 😆 shows you what she could do about more important things in life... like starting a business or other stuff.
At least she called....

Now I know to keep a dummy name in case anyone try to steal mine😂

When I was a kid my best friend named her hamster the same as mine & I was HIGHLY upset 😂😂. could only imagine if someone did that with my children’s names, I’d be furious. Unoriginal, non creative, copycat.
Taylor Nicole lmao 🤣
It’s about to get Birdbox up in here.My kids will be named Boy and Girl 👀 ain’t nobody gonna know my baby’s name till they here
"Your kid's name is bootlegged" why Jeanie 😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@LJLovestheLord but the name LJLOVESTHELORD is very unique your mom chose wisely lmao
What you just said made no sense lmao
Now I realize that you can't own a name and there are many people in the world who may have the same name, but it is different when a friend or family member decides to you use your baby name
Moral of the story: Do not tell anyone your baby name until the baby is born
This just reminded me of the FRIENDS episode when Rachel was trying to figure out what to name her daughter and she ended up going with Emma which was a name Monica had picked out long before. Rachel did sorta ask permission first though... 😅
larissak808 I was literally thinking the same thing 😂
MS LRJ what episode

Myronn Coleman omg yesss Lillian and Lilliana for Tamar’s ‘You Tried it’ segment !! aw man good times
@Ella Rose Then at the very least they seem insensitive.
If anyone “stole” my baby name I wouldn’t give a crap. I’d still name my kids whatever the hell I want!!
Right Adrienne come on now lol
My brother in law did this, we mentioned the name that we loved for our second child and his gf gave birth that month and they named their child the name I had mentioned,, i was furious but they thought I was crazy because I'm not even pregnant yet. But now I know not to ever mention anything to anyone
Hahaahhaa Adriennes face!!!! I love her ❤
This happened with my cousins.
I've had my kids names picked out since I was 12. I'm 32 now. No kids. But I'm the only one that knows the names

This is why you don't tell anyone your dream kids' names! LOL
My mom wanted to name me Cynthia but, my moms cousin named her daughter Cynthia who was born a few months before me. Shes still salty about it xD
"THAS A NICE CODE!!"
*sips*🍹🍹
They had this conversation before. Lily, LilyAnna, Logan, Logananna 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Imitation is the greatest form of flattery. I’d feel like a trend setter. The ages will show who came first, and who the real OG is. 💁🏻♀️
👌🏾💯
rude af I wouldn't know how to handle this
Yeah this is not healthy. They would have to reconsider that friendship. Friendship breakup or a direct convo...
Maybe the "FRIENDS" Is low-key saying they all have the same DAD!
No one in this world owns the rights to a name, because if they did, there wouldn't be so many people with the same name in the world.
I thought it was normal to NOT tell the babys name until its born...
Am i the only one that goes back to these old videos? no just me, okay. I miss the old squad !
