- Headmill is a variation of windmill. So if you want to level up your windmill then headmill is one of the variation that you must have.
In this video, i will show you probably the easiest way to learn headmills. All you have to do in order to learn headmills is to master this two transitions that i will be showing you in this video.

ricebowlazn You are right. I should learn freeze with my left not my right. But i started with my right hand so don't do the same mistake that i did.
My shoulder hurts when i drop to the back... but if i tried to do it without hurting my shoulder i go very low...

I guess it is.
Also, can you do a normal windmill, with a turtle freeze? If yes, then spring your legs while on your back to go back in to a headstand-like position (you dont have to go on a full head, maybe you will be little lower, but windmill is a continious motion, so who cares?)

Nope bro. You can just learn headmill straight away. Just make sure you can do headstand;)
