    thanks for this. I agree with you that stabmills is the worst way to learn any mills. I’ve been stuck with headless mills for like 10 years lol

      Hahaha danggg, that's the thing man I've never heard of someone having headmills that have been like man fuck i can't stab mill... LOL but I've heard and seen SO MANY people stuck here and I've had so many people ask me how to fix it so I needed to make it into it's own personal video hahaha.

    I have been trying to do windmills for a long time now and this video is helpful. My feet still always fall to the ground like you describe, but I am working on the hip twist that you showed now.

    Yooo Magnus, really nice in depth tutorial. Really appreciate it. I think I realized that I have to work a little on going down to my shoulder when collapsing from table top position, so my windmill is smoother and I can keep the momentum.
    Thanks for the insight ✌

    ROFL I'm watching this amazing tutorial and the whole time I'm thinking goddam I can't wait to do this as soon as I'm healed 🤣 then you mention at the end of the video that you have the same injury. I'm so happy for you bro. It takes months to heal. It's so annoying. You must be super thrilled. I can imagine. I injured mine doing mills at a wedding party lol no time to stretch

      You start slow motion and do it through freeze positions first aka going from your upper back to your shoulder freeze slow motion without falling then go from your bum to upper back to shoulder then practice going from headbridge into Stab and then once that's all comfortable go back to the full movement

    I tried doing the exercise at 6:18 and was able to get it successfully a few times. However I found the next day my neck would be EXTREMELY SORE. to the point i couldnt even move it. It might not be for everyone? I seemed to be using my head too much, and also I am very leg heavy.

    • @MagnusMagneto
      @MagnusMagneto  4 роки тому

      DawgFL from what I remember when I was younger my neck would get sore from using it as a ramp as well from like shoulder halos what I’d recommend is try doing just a couple rather then a ton and see if it still gets sore as long as it’s not pain I don’t think theirs anything wrong with it getting so sore that it feels like you can’t move it apart from the inconvenience of that, I’d also recommend doing a lot of neck stretches before during and after training it as well as some neck conditioning 🤟🏻

      @@MagnusMagneto I'm having trouble using my head as a ramp, I usually use my arm as a ramp for stabmills but when I use my head as a ramp instead of my arms my ramp arm gets jammed between my torso and the floor and I fall. Do you have a solution to this?

      Dat same I never learned stab mills but a lot of people learn stab first and have asked me how to fix their stab mills haha the stab mills you see in the beginning is my first stab mills ever and I learned it in like 3 attempts lmao hence why headmills is the better base
