It took a long time but i finally learned this 20+yrs ago. My level of peace and self worth has never been so high. I'm greatful i faced that fear demon head on.. i don't regret a thing.

I have my boundaries too. I am happy to catch up for a coffee st Starbucks but your negativity will go back home with you. I treat you like a "drive tru". No one is coming and disturb my inner peace.
