- Before we move I thought I'd give you all a tour of our temporary rental and show you what I've done to keep it tidy and also get the most function out of it. We've only lived in this apartment for 9 months, but I feel like I made the most of it because at the end of the day no matter where you live, home needs to feel comfortable and function well.

I love that apartment! I always dreamt of having a place in that neighborhood. I kind of can't believe it's been 9 months and I never came over. LOL I got so many good ideas for organizing and storage watching this. I've been eye balling that shoe storage thingy, and I wonder about using that as my bed side storage so I could get the shoes out of my closet and also stow away the clutter next to the bed. And that drawer thing in the closet might be what I need to help me in my craft closet. I just have everything piled on the floor and it's awful. I totally need your help!

those ikea drawers in the closet are so much nicer looking than the plastic rubbermaid ones! also your bar stools look so good!!!!
Your place is beautiful and you make great use of space too. It's hard finding videos of how to style "house apartments" rather than like condos. It's kinda of hard to envision how to style an apartment from the 1890's but your layout is similar so this has helped me. Thank you❤
