How To Use A Basket For A Christmas Tree~ And Make It Stable

Hello and welcome back to our Christmas series here on A Decorative Home.
Today I'm sharing a tip on how to make your Christmas tree stable while using a basket.
Last year I bought this 7 foot flocked tree and wanted to use a basket instead of the tree stand. The tree stand wouldn't fit inside my basket so making my tree stable was my concern.
I ended up using scrap pieces of wood to brace the tree trunk the best I could. It worked but I still worried all Christmas season that my tree would fall over fully decorated.
To help solve that worry this year I'm using small patio pavers to help brace the tree trunk and stabilize the basket. There shouldn't be any worry this Christmas season that the tree will fall over.
