@@The_Garmin_Guru 1. The setting are definitely not as good as they could be. 2 . I can’t tell what’s bass . I also have trouble finding the fish and staying on them , I’ll see fish and by the time I go to cast I’ve lost the fish. I need someone who is dialed in to teach me. I’ve had it 2 seasons and i can honestly say It hasn’t benefited me once.

Another great video, when I first used my 8610 after calibrating . when I clicked to the live scope screen, I clicked the star with the 3 small dots, and it showed me 3 settings, I clicked pro setting, and never touched it, everything looked great to me, now I didn't update mine yet, so maybe its different with the new updates, thought I would share, stay safe and FISH-ON MICK 😎 N FL HARRIS CHAIN BABY 🤗
Those are the customizable settings. You can store setting for each lake if you wanted to. Th ask for sharing that info

Great coverage on the settings. It does take a little while to dial in on personal preferences, but after that, it's just minor tweaks as the day goes on.

I have a 12” model. When I have it on the mode before panoptix, where it should show the lake, it’s showing like I’m on the land. Can you tell me how to get it to show the lake I’m in??
Ok bud I was thinking. Sometimes lakes haven’t been mapped yet and won’t show up on the unit as a lake at all. Especially if they are small. Not saying this is the case in your case but it’s the best I can do bud with only a little bit of info
Where do you start first when setting your livescope, gain , color gain, color limit etc. I would think one would be best to start and then adjust others from there. thanks
I set up all the baselines and then adjust gain. But get to your baselines first. Cause you can always go back and start over. I usually only adjust gain from my baseline due to my experience with the system.
Hey can you do a video on what’s required when just switching from lvs32 to a Lvs 34 as far as updates and settings thanks

Livescope is a great technology. Have never used it but I like to fish in depth of 35-50ft for river walleyes. I'm interested in how LS is at that depth in perspective mode. I wanna see if LV is any useful at that depth before I buy.

Some of us beginners and old guys need the teacher to slow down. Trying to set reverse range. Guess what. My lvs 32 doesn’t show that screen. Is that hidden because it needs to be recalibrated? About to pull my hair out. 😳

Older Guy Here. You need to slow down. You also need an old guy dummy. You know a guy who dowesn't know this stuff and then walk him through the steps. If you can't find a dummy...contact me. BTW - Thanks for helping me set up my LS plus.

Quick question I have a UHD 93sv the latest version It is letting me have is 19.20 2.57 but I see you talking about newer versions is there something I'm missing?
The two newest versions are 19.2 for echo maps and 26.2 for gpsmap series

I appreciate your very hard work and dedication. I know everyone has their preferences and I have mine. I have had livescope since it first came out. I struggle with your noise reject low preference and the flickering of your screen. I have to ask how do you stand all that clutter and flickering? Obviously it doesn't bother you and you catch fish. I run my noise reject on high and have zero flickering and can still easily see my jig and the fish within the trees or stake beds. I see them hit my 1/32 jig. I really don't lose much with having it on high and gain a lot by not having to look thru a lot of clutter and flashing. Sorry, I have subscribed and watch all your videos but I wanted to comment on this. I don't mean any disrespect because I know we all see things differently.
Usually if you see that flickering it’s because i have my SideVu and downvu on and im
Filming a video at the same time. When im fishing I turn the other transducers off so there is no flickering. You can see some of my other videos like my a rig video I filmed where the screen is really clear. But the flickering is just the interference of the other transducers. In deeper water you don’t hardly see the cross talk. Definitely see what you’re saying tho. Folks take notice this is how you have an adult conversation without being rude. Still pretty current. I have a 27.1 settings video out also.
Livescope is pretty Kool. All I can ever see is schools of crappie and bowfin on the screen. I have yet to spot a bass or catch one using livescope.
You have to learn to recognize the differences between the two

Why do people have to pick on every little detail? I understand wind noise being annoying. Even to the point of not watching the video. But it’s your choice whether to bother to watch the video or not. Feedback is one thing, just complaining is another.

I guess I'm wayyyyyyy out of my league. Your screen looked so congested. Like what i would expect to see if your gain was 1.5 million or something. I couldn't have spotted a fish on there if I had to. What in the world am I missing?

@@todd3737 how far did you watch in the video. By the 5:00 mark after we go thru all the settings the screen is clear. I’m lost. If you’re referring to the thumbnail then you didn’t watch as we walk thru the settings as the screen clears up.
