What’s your opinion on update 21.10 fir the lvs-32? I haven’t done it yet but lots day they think it’s the best however I’ve been leary about doing the update because nobody has specifically said how it helped or what made it so good. Thanks

hey Randy, when you're talking about software updates is this just for the lvs 34 only? or are there updates for the 32 as well? don't see myself upgrading since all I do is crappie fish. thanks, and keep up the great info

Guru, I have a GPSMAP 1222 one year old just changed from lvs32 to lvs34. Do I need to update the 1222? The transducer supplier said no an Elite Pro on UA-cam said yes. Thank You
I always update bud. What I think they are referring to is the black box which you definitely need to make sure is up

Hello, on the left side of your screen, there's a diagonal line that starts at the top then travels left and ends about 15 feet. My question is, my line ends about 4feet. I am in 50 foot of water, and my live scope is on my trolling motor. What dictates the depth of that diagonal line?

I noticed you reset your unit to factory default after doing the software upgrade. What is the reasoning or advantage of doing that?
