I also remember crying when my son was sick for the first time... and when he had to get injections at the doctor’s office. I still hurt when he hurts, but as he grew up, I got stronger. ✨💖✨

For our babies we mostly do something called baby led weaning. The baby is given pieces of avocado, banana, sweet potato to put in their mouth. Once/day a mom may make a bowl of oatmeal for her child and give them a child's spoon to eat it. Sometimes apple sauce or mashed banana is added to it. Babies also eat strips of toast with avocado or peanut butter on it, and maybe at 8-10 months they can also feed themselves scrambled egg. They eat cut up fruit like berries, soft melon, soft pear. Some moms give their baby cooked broccoli, or cooked carrots.
