Impressive thing about this engine was even ambient outside was like 47deg C C However we used to ride almost non stop 200kms in afternoon without engine getting overheated The temp gauge needle with stuck in midway throughout afternoon. But brakes were horrible. But later edition Judo , Gama and Gurkha came and equipped with modern riding aids . I worked for Bajaj Tempo(Aka Force motors 15years back). We used to have engine OM616 ran for almost 9-10Lakhs kms without rebuild. 6-7 lakhs run vehicle were numerous. Particularly it ran well on Tempo Travellers which used by IT cos as staff vehicle in Bangalore.

Nice review and walk around of this force trax this is a work horse engine will go along well if serviced and maintained. I wonder the naturally aspirated engine is a SOHC Or DOHC ... And the turbo charged vehicle has an intercooler with ECM..correct me on that if it does...Force doesn't make engines and axels for Mercedes Benz under licence and also for BMW and now for RR even... They have come a long way.... Nice work... 👍
