woooou!!!!! Marcin Dylla is a great musician.... but i understand why Jerome has win this competition. :-) great job! can you add other videos from gfa competitions? thaks so much Sologuitaristnet.
@petruvai I actually prefer his theatrics. Hes a performer right? I also find it very appropriate for the piece, and not just random theatrics. I take it you enjoy more introspective performers such as John Williams? Gabriel Bianco is another very introspective performer.
M.Dylla is great guitarist but i don't see what beautiful is in this piece. Maybe it is hard and played with passion but it is still weird. What do You think?
Try to focus on the inner voices, then listen to it again and focus on the outer voices. It creates a very new ambiance that most of mankind has never felt before. Also, Ginastera embraces the guitar and its open strings in a lot (if not all) of his pieces. *Listen to his twelve preludes and you may enjoy this piece a little more.
Best work for guitar I ever heard!... Guitarist plays extra virtuoso and passionately!
Love that piece. Love that guitar. Love that performance. Olé!
Una delle mie sonate preferite!
Ottima esecuzione.

I need opinions!!! Did Ginastera do his best while composing this sonata???? Sound too virtuosic in my opinion...
there is not such thing as too much virtuosism!
