Hello Phil 👋🏾! I’m usually a silent watcher and hardly comment on videos. I recently started watching your videos. I kept seeing you pop up for a min and finally decided to click. Im happy i did because a lot of things you speak on are super relatable, and inspiring. And you have a wonderful spirit. I love how in this video you spoke on how eating raw plant based is healing. Let me tell you I started a 30 day raw 🌱 challenge on September 1st and i feel amazing so far. I’ve been enjoying putting foods together and eating it lol. I think you should definitely do it when your ready if it’s a thought you have in mind.
God is so good. Before i watched your video i was talking to my best friend and i was reflecting on the fact that God put all these healing fruits, veggies, and herbs for us to consume. I could scream lol. And not only that i’m loving that more of us are realizing how to heal and take better care of ourselves. Thank God ❤

I found that for me the plant based diet still wasn’t “enough” until I healed my mindset. Certain things in the body food can’t fix better than our own thoughts. The body can subconsciously hold a lot of trauma & experiences that keep our body/cells in stressful states.

Wow!! Tell me why the most high is really in tune with his family. Following Hebrew calendar ( myself) I’ve been led to customs I never knew. From Torah ( old testiment) and new church in Revelation. All that said.. High Holy days come before fall. It’s fasting , it fell upon me (fasting) at least until 9. I realized sometimes meat is unclean (period) it does take a while to pull out years of toxins. The body healing goes through strange things 🤭🥹😂 your faith, no where drives ect are SO important! Your a beautiful person valuable to so many. The Bible says he collects our tears, he delights in us daily. Simplicity and focus ARE who are a created to be. We guard our heart and our energy. I’ve been a Christian all my life, yet we have been kept from our true adoption . We must claim it. Diet is really part of it. Not perfect AT ALL.
