    And the best thing is in state of hyper presence is that you do not even care if you are attractive bc you are busy with yourself 🥰

      Dopamine fasting. If you feel numb to life and all it's pleasurable offerings, it may be that your dopamine system has been depleted. It needs time to recover and reset. If this applies to you, then the only way to get your potential for enjoyment back is to disconnect from technology for a few months. If you can't disconnect completely, then discipline yourself not to watch 'short' content. No tiktok, no youtube shorts, no facebook reels. Instead, focus on 'long' content that requires you to pay attention for a sustained period of time. Maybe only watch videos that are at least 20-mintues long, and build up to an hour at a time. Also, read more. Not short-pieces, but longer pieces. But a novel and commit to reading for 20-minutes at a time, and as before, build up over time to reading for an hour at a time.
      If you will not do these things, your depleted dopamine system will never recharge and your life will continue to be an endless drudgery. Best wishes on your recovery!

      give up on all expectations bound to your actions. take actions for the present moment. don't try to achieve a certain result.
      just take your best shot aaaand see what happen. you'll be much happier because you didn't expect anything. you took action just to see what will happen.

    Does hyper presence mean hyper active or can it be done in a lower energy also? I remember one time being so appreciative of the sea that I walked slowly and calmly into it masmerized by the beauty. When I submerged and raised back up, i heard a man applauding me about the way I entered the sea like a gentleman. It was then I noticed other people were looking at me in amazement and smiling. This other time I was focussed on looking at lawn grass through a magnifying lens, a girl with a reputation of being very snobbish to almost everyone approached me and was quite friendly, asking me what i was. doing.

      You might be surprised. From micro-expressions in the face, to a twinkle in the eyes, to body language, to how one stands, one one walks... being hyper present changes the energy that one radiates. And this energy is 'attractive'. It may not change a person's physical features, but it will highlight them in a way that is, as the video says, magnetic.

    Energetic field huh? Right.

    • @RichardHarlos
      @RichardHarlos 2 місяці тому

      Yes, energetic field. Consider:
      **Electromagnetic Fields**
      Consider the parallels between the human aura and electromagnetic fields. All living beings, including humans, generate electromagnetic fields due to the electrical activity in their bodies. This is a well-established scientific fact.
      **Bioelectromagnetic Field**
      Bioelectromagnetic fields are electromagnetic fields produced by living organisms. This field is generated by the activity of cells, tissues, and organs in the body. While this field may not be visible to the naked eye, it can be detected and measured using scientific instruments.
      **Quantum Field Theory**
      Consider parallels between the human aura and the concept of quantum fields in physics. According to quantum field theory, all particles are manifestations of underlying fields that permeate the universe. It's plausible that the human aura is a manifestation of the body's underlying energy field, which interacts with and is influenced by the surrounding environment.
      **Energy Medicine**
      Consder the growing field of energy medicine, which explores the role of energy in health and healing. Research findings suggest techniques such as acupuncture, Reiki, and therapeutic touch may have beneficial effects on health by _influencing the body's energy field._
      In the future, don't be too quick to dismiss an idea simply because you may not understand that idea enough to consider it. Instead, spend some time doing research (not cherry-picking search-engine results, but really doing research). You may be surprised how much information exists that you aren't aware of. Cheers!
