Everyone on EF's team staff is / seems to be so nice! Really enjoying the behind the scenes content! Thank you and keep up the series in the future, please - great fun to watch!
I really enjoy this kind of content too and they are so important for the tour to go as smoothly as possible and they are just so valuable members of EF team!!
Be careful what you wish for!!! Dunno about these daze but in the past these guys didn't make much $ while most of 'em burnt-out quickly. Living out of a suitcase gets old....fast..especially as you get old.
Having been working with these guys on a domestic pro team, it is no where close to as "glamorous" as you might think. The mechanics and swannies are the hardest working people on a team by a WIDE margin. Up very early and get to bed very late. For every one of them that lasts 30 years, there are likely hundreds who do it for a couple of years before they decide that enough is enough.
If only Covid was a well-trained dog that listened to us when we decided we were done with it. Tour riders are still contracting it, don't want your star riders getting sick (and leaving the race) because the staff didn't wear a mask
@@facelesssman ever considered that you might be the lemming falling for propaganda? I might be, I can't be certain. But covid is not fun, I can tell you that from firsthand experience

we need more videos with the back staff. Let them shine and explain what they do!

Best content from teams is this
I didn't know Jason Momoa was also a bike mechanic.
Very cool to see the whole layout of the mechanic truck! Thanks guys!
Great to see JV on camera again. We went to the same High School and trained on the same roads in the state park. ❤
This is really great stuff. Thank you for the content this whole tour!!
Boss rajen!!!! 🗣️MALAYSIA MENTIONED RAHHHHHHH🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Boss Rajen salute!
WOW!!!, you were listening "Sufre Mamon" by HOMBRES G inside the truck; just awesome!!
Thanks for sharing! :-)
Who does the paint jobs on the bikes, a la the polka dots for Carapaz's bike?
Cool!
Dream job
$1M bikes in that truck. Wow!
Hope to meet Mr Rajen at Le Tour De Langkawi
dread mar i 🇦🇷 ❤
That truck and its contents may be more valuable than the entire GDP of Argentina.
New bikes really are NOT designed for mechanics in mind like the faster rim brake models used to be.
Hôtel la Robeyère à Embrun chez moi 😉
I just wanna know what I gotta do for a pink wahoo skin?! 🙏🏽
Cracking up hearing a world tour mechanic say he's only ok with technology up till 2003 😂
Ha, that’s the CEO of the team.
That’s Jonathan Vaughters, former grand tour racer and current CEO of the EF Pro cycling team.
How much total money goes into funding a world tour team?
To whom do I need to be "friend" to get a job like this one?
The person who can train you to be a really good mechanic. One of the mechanics started at 15 years old. The good ones are KNOWN.

@@whynotride327 I know that. I was just joking.
Why are there people still masking up? Against what?

I think some people have adopted the mask forever
