New direction you are on is amazing. I’m so excited about what’s to come. Truly, Merijn you’re an epic human being. This past year I’ve realized that you’re different than I expected. You really couldve made loads of money with continuing your old path since it was on a flow, but that industry did not seem to get the best out of you. I feel like you have a deeper mission now and your life’s been leading up to this. I know you read all those self improvement and entrepreneurship books in the old vlogging days. I always asked for more but back then it wasn’t part of the content. Really happy to see you’re making a switch now to follow your true passion and the spark can be seen. You’re a good man, and I believe you’re gonna get very far (you already bur you get the point) Keep following your heart brother, you have an unmatched energy
This is great advice Merijn and hearing it from you makes it even more inspiring. I would add something that helps me a lot as well. Taking the time to do some research, read a lot and watch content like yours (on a daily basis). This is key to staying in the right mindset and focused. Otherwise, most of us would just give up since we don’t have this strong and supportive environment. Of course, action is needed, but in my case it was being to much in my own head that kept me from getting my first wins (first big client and so on).

Been a subscriber for a very long time seen all the journey starting in your parents house talking about how to eat before going to a festival, love all your content but this video is epic really good quality and a perfect message too!
Well Marc, that’s the power of teaching. Combining different things I believe to share a message in an easy understandable way. Hundreds of books have been an influence on me. Same with fitness advice, it’s not about having some “new revolutionary method, it’s about repackaging it in a different way so that people grasp the concepts and are able to get results. I disagree with loads of self help books and advice online so I believe I can make a difference. Many points will obv be inspired by other writers, coaches, researchers etc. I’ll give credit where credit is due as well. Appreciate your support, I can tell it’s not meant negative 🙏
@@marcvanderlyde6092 and to get it straight, I’d like to hear some “reshaped” content from those specific books as you mention, because I did not use those as a direct inspiration while writing this ebook and I find it difficult to see a correlation to the Power of now for example. Seems like you’re generalizing quite a bit.
I’ve read the ebook and yes, that would be generalizing all self help books by such a claim. They may have been about the same “topics” but man, how many books are there on “Habits”? You think they’re all the same? No, they are not. lol. Keep up the good work Merijn. I believe you have a lot of wisdom and didn’t even get to any business teachings yet so I lookout for that
