many thanks, that was much more informative than the manual... oh,dug the music...
Thanks! I try to incorporate the music into most of my videos when possible
A jazz fan...okay, we can talk! Great popper that WestBend!
pnojazz I made most of the music on my videos myself. :-) glad you enjoyed!
Great demo! After watching "the chimney style" popper's defect of shooting dozens of Hot! seeds in and out of their bowls, "Stircrazy" wins hands down. ;-)
Ya it's been a pretty good machine!
Who even buys or likes the air popper machines? And they've been around a long time. I guess people that like totally plain popcorn.
I had one, but only thing i didn't like about it was the plastic got damp and made my popcorn soggy. And the metal rod made the popcorn scrap the nonstick coating off. I gave mine to a friend and bought a Whirley Pop, which makes excellent popcorn, no more soggy popcorn.
You gotta make sure the red top is not on the lid, and that the metal rod is not touching the bottom. Also another tip I learned was to wait to put the big lid on until closer to when the popcorn starts popping.
@@CarolinaCowboys I tried everything you just recommended , still came out soggy,.and the popcorn scraped the nonstick coating off. The Whirley Pop is the best. No soggy popcorn. and i can buy the 4oz kits with the popcorn, oil and salt. all in one.
@@samuelnason8585 Ya you definitely don't want nonstick fragments in your popcorn. Maybe I'll pick up a Whirley Pop and do a video on it too.
I love the Amish Country brand popcorn!!!!
ANDREA DUPRE I agree, I just bought more!
Hard to find a decent popcorn, glad you tried all of these.....so now we know.... thanks
Your welcome!
you have a lot of condensation on the dome. You should have wiped it off with a paper towel before covering it. It'll make the cooked popcorn soggy.
I learned that if I wait to put the top on until it's closer to popping it doesn't gather any condensation
What about this noise in the minut 9:51? How is the machine today? Tks!
That's a noise when popcorn gets wedged in between the stir bar
The machine is still working great!
Good to know. Thank you for answering.
Carolina Cowboys I’ve been wondering what that noise is. I have a different model the newer one and makes the same noise
You forgot to add the Flavacol :)
LOL!
Is it safe for John Madden?
I don't see why not!
@@CarolinaCowboys Lol Mad TV perfect popcorn popper if you are wondering.
yep
cool
Is it a pain to clean?
Not at all, just a few paper towels and that's it, no water
Is this the standard model or the deluxe model? Thank you!
Standard version, here's the link - amzn.to/2JpzA7E
@@CarolinaCowboys Thank you!
Best kernals u can get are from a amish store cheap and organic
I agree!
How difficult is it to clean?
Slashback Entertainment its very easy, I just wipe the machine with paper towels and wash the clear bowl with dish soap.
Omg this guy has four hands.
Yep
I bought 1 but i found that lid steamed up and made the popcorn soggy and the stirer scrached all the non stick coating off, gave it away.
Samuel Nason the stirrer shouldn’t touch the base when it spins, and you want to make sure the cap is off the lid to let the steam escape
I had the same issue as far as the texture of the popcorn. It makes it big, fluffy, tough and stale tasting because of the steam and I had the lid off. Mine turns out much better in my pot on stove. Maybe the older models were better as I have heard many say. Took mine back.
No music please......
I'm in the process of editing all that annoying stuff out. My newer videos are better!
Yawn
hey, it's just a heated spinning wire :-)
