Cleaning these are a pain.
Are you still using yours? I just brought one.
How much flavacol do you use?
The only problem I have with the older model is the oil gets down the shaft & leaks out the bottom.I haven't seen or tried a newer model yet.
That is weird. Maybe you're using too much oil as it needs a small amount.
