I love your vblogs Harry as always. They're raw and as always love your story telling. I am a Filipino, but it is embarrassing to see some vendors like this one, kinda pushy when they see a foreigner and telling people to get ice cream and since you are the one paying...why did you agree with that Harry? lol. But not all vendors are like that though like the lady whom you helped last time and the barber. Those people are deserving of help and not this one. I know life is hard but what he is doing is annoying and taking advantage of your kindness and generosity. But I am impressed with your patience and humility Harry, you are just being chill and relax. But it's also good that you and Ali are met with lovely young people who shared their meal with you and Ali.
thanks alot, i knew what was happening with the ice cream seller dont worry. I went along with it for entertainment and in the end it cost me $4 and made some people happy

I am a Filipino and yes it is definitely true that it is more fun in the Philippines even this ice cream vendor is funny, annoying and embarrassing. Asking people to get ice cream and Harry is paying 😂😂. My first time seeing vendor with this madness in selling strategy through Harry. Well good that Harry always looked always at the brighter side of things. Helped the vendor sell his ice cream fast and made some people eat ice cream for free hahaha. Thanks to you Harry.

Thats normal they see foreigners as money machine no wonder he followed him everywhere if thats a local the ice cream guy doesnt care that much but then he's a foreigner he was just too nice compared to his other vlogs in other countries where sellers like this vendor is annoying him which is not good
the ice cream guy was very annoying and is a embrassment to phils tourism

The meat they're cooking is called "liempo" the Filipino word for pork belly . Liempo is the most popular part of the pig that is grilled in the Philippines. In every Filipino gathering there is almost a grilled liempo or grilled pork belly

I'm not being biased but it is true... there are plenty more gorgeous pristine beaches out there, gorgeous landscapes, volcanoes, hills, rice terraces, local specialties, tropical fruits, and of course wonderful people yet to be explored. It will certainly blow your mind as to how varied the Philippines experience is. There's Batanes, where you will think you've gone to New Zealand, there's Vigan, where you'd think you've traveled back in time of the Spanish era, there's Boracay, possibly the best sunset you'll witness on the beach, with sand so white and soft that you literally have to wear your sunglasses when the sun is out. When you get there, make sure to try the Halo Mango. Palawan has those limestone cliffs that were there since the time of the dinosaurs and it will certainly remind you of the movie Avatar.Fun fact. The author of THE BEACH lived in the Philippines for 6 months and was inspired by Palawan thus wrote the book. He set it in Thailand as it is more well known therefore more relatable to the readers.... The slogan is true...it is more fun in the Philippines but it will even be more than that with you. Enjoy the rest of your trip! Looking forward to your next vlogs!

Try lechon manok, there are booth stores selling that. The most famous are Andok's and Baliwag. Don't forget the gravy! We also have one that is already falvoed with gravy and that is Chooks to Go.

hi harry, "kamusta ka or kumusta ka" can be tagalog (manila used language or philippine main language) or bisaya language (cebu used language) and its the same. there are many languages even in locals that have similar meaning wherever you go in the philippines. or you can even say and greet people by saying "KAMUSTA OR KUMUSTA", they will surely understand you though.
