    mmmmm. i havent had kimchi since my friends mom gave me some on a plate 25 yrs ago. Im going to order some right now.

    I still use cincalok for my kimchi because it's the only accessible & affordable for me hahah
    idk if you've ever had sambal cincalok before (it's not really a sambal) but you basically eat it raw. cincalok + lime juice + shallot + cili padi

      Haha we tried cincalok but we find it too pungent and overly salty. Whereas the one from Korea mart tastes more fresh and 10x more expensive
