Recipe #1 Ingredients:
85g heavy cream
8g glucose syrup or honey
170g white chocolate
10g matcha power
I am curious on the one you did with matcha powder. Could you change the matcha out for strawberry, or any other flavored powder?
Did you go to a culinary arts school or did you learn all this by yourself? Love your channel btw!!!❤❤❤
why did he heart this instead of giving an answer

How to achieve a chewy truffles??. I tried one but ended up very soft ang melts eventually minutes after 2-3 hrs refrigerated. I followed the right ratio. Does it have to be the type of chocolate i used.? 😭
Can we use compound
Your music choice is so beautiful. Just makes the video even more better
Can i use agave syrup instead of glucose syrup? I ouldn’t find glucose syrup 😕 ?
Can this put into slicon mould ? Can this nama choc added into blackout brownie ?
Can I use whipping cream instead of heavy cream or evening a cooking cream?
I would add Bailey's, coconut rum or any other flavoured liqueur to the chocolate one, its easy to change the flavour of that one!
hi may I know if I can swap it out for hojicha powder instead thanks
What's glucose for? Thank you.

You dont need to temper the chocolate right?
What’s a good matcha powder brand?
How many warm cream add? Warm cream is heavy cream?
When you slice into cubes ah it makes me so satisfied lol idk why haha btw they look so gooey and chewy💚🤎
Can I use white chocolate chips ?
I like that you add gin into the dark chocolate recipe. How can you choose the right gin for this recipe or any kind is good? And how about changing gin into brandy or rhum?
Those should both work, I’ve made a recipe very similar to this one (different proportions) using rum and it came out good. Hope that helps!
hi looks amazing thank you for sharing this recipe looks delicious love all of your videos stay safe 👍👍👍💙🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
I just want to say that I love your channel. Your videos are so put together, its artistic and beautiful. Your selection of music is also amazing. Looking forward to more videos from you.
Excited to try it! Can you taste the gin for the chocolate one?
The gin flavour is quite light because of how delicate it is but you can taste it :) Just be sure to use a gin that is fresh and good quality so that the flavour is at its optimum.
can i put in freezer and make it faster done? in freezer 2 hours is enough?
Can you do a strawberry cake/cupcakes next ?
Can i replace gin with vanilla extract??
Love watching your recipes, they are a joy to watch. Hope I can get to your level one day in terms of skills and video quality ❤️
