Reed also figured out it was sensitive to noise and used his sonic blaster to separate it from Peter. Later it escaped and found Peter who used a church bell to remove it. Eddie Brock, who was there also, ended up merging with the symbiote which worked due to the symbiotes hatred for Peter and Brock's hatred for Spider-Man.

I stopped collecting comics awhile ago, as Spider-man is my favorite Marvel hero. I had issues from the Amazing Spider-man from issue #34 -until just 2 years ago. They kept changing the numbers. I was not to crazy about the Spider clones and then the Ultimate issues. one thing the commentator forgot to mention the real story of the symbiote (Venom) . I guess many people don't know that the symbiote made contact with Spider-man first, since he kind of created it in Secret Wars #8. Todd McFarlane created Venom.

Well that’s revisionist history. The time line in the comics doesn’t allow for it. It’s a very clear , direct and linear path where Spider-Man finds the alien in Secret Wars 8, and brings it to earth. Deadpool wasn’t even in the comics at this time. At best it’s revisionist history.

Spider-mans black suit was never gonna be venom originally it was just a new look but no one liked it and marvel realized the red and blue was staple, so then they came up with a way to retcon the suit by making it aka venom. So originally venom wasn't even a thing, until they retconned secret wars. And now they have retconned him with an actual past aka Knull. So venom has been retconned so much that to say oh they cannot do it again would be dumb. So therefore Venom origin is Knull and that is cannon. But the idea of him was created back in the day to get rid of the black suit. But this guy didn't say when he was idea was created. He just said what is cannon to venom story.
That isn’t true at all... after he got rid of the symboite after Secret Wars, he made a black and white spandex suit because he liked the look and he wore it for what seems like years in real time (not comic time) they didn’t switch back until around ASM #300(?) when Venom kidnapped Mary Jane and Peter’s back suit gave her PTSD. That’s when he switched back. Public outcry had nothing to do with it

@Violinistories Symbiotes mostly exist to consume or find the perfect host, but in Venoms case, he found not only the perfect host, but a target he wished to consume, Spiderman. Other symbiotes want simply to eat till their hunger is satiated. And their food source stems from human consumption.
@Violinistories It's just Flash Thompson in a symbiotic suit, it's main purpose was to defeat Eddie Brocks venom, but that shifted to beating Norman Osborn after he let the carnage symbiote take over him.

Not allways the case, all back is the frist one, yet all others after him are somewhat weaker then him. That's only true for all other that venom has children. Venom is special as he isn't controlled by the hive and can't be and kids he has is stronger then him, but later he becomes stronger the (original venom) King venom. Which is immortal and concted to everything living, the only ones stronger then him would be eddie king all black and knull with all back and god venom (which isn't the orginal venom)

I stopped collecting comics awhile ago, as Spider-man is my favorite Marvel hero. I had issues from the Amazing Spider-man from issue #34 -until just 2 years ago. They kept changing the numbers. I was not to crazy about the Spider clones and then the Ultimate issues. one thing the commentator forgot to mention the real story of the symbiote (Venom) . I guess many people don't know that the symbiote made contact with Spider-man first, since he kind of created it in Secret Wars #8. Todd McFarlane created Venom.

Well that’s revisionist history. The time line in the comics doesn’t allow for it. It’s a very clear , direct and linear path where Spider-Man finds the alien in Secret Wars 8, and brings it to earth. Deadpool wasn’t even in the comics at this time. At best it’s revisionist history.

Even if your going by the original your wrong lmao. Spider-mans black suit was never gonna be venom originally it was just a new look but no one liked it and marvel realized the red and blue was staple, so then they came up with a way to retcon the suit by making it aka venom. So originally venom wasn't even a thing, until they retconned secret wars.
And now they have retconned him with an actual past aka Knull.
So venom has been retconned so much that to say oh they cannot do it again would be dumb. So therefore Venom origin is Knull and that is cannon. But the idea of him was created back in the day to get rid of the black suit. But this guy didn't say when he was idea was created. He just said what is cannon to venom story.
That isn’t true at all... after he got rid of the symboite after Secret Wars, he made a black and white spandex suit because he liked the look and he wore it for what seems like years in real time (not comic time) they didn’t switch back until around ASM #300(?) when Venom kidnapped Mary Jane and Peter’s back suit gave her PTSD. That’s when he switched back. Public outcry had nothing to do with it
