IVF is such a grueling experience. Many people do not realize this. I just want to say thank you for such an amazing sharing with all of us. It is a very personal experience but helps all of us who go through this

After 4 yrs of being seemingly infertile and 3 miscarriages, my husband and I were blessed to be able to conceive our son.. we almost traveled down the road of a fertility doctor so many times and this video is one of the coolest things I have been able to watch! I also had 17 eggs retrieved yesterday ! This morning they called me to announce that I have 15 fertilized eggs . Crossing my fingers so they all grow well until day 5

Brave Carissa! My two egg retrievals were tougher than I expected. My first one they retrieved 9 and none of them made it to day 3. The day I had that retrieval my husband was very worried because I was tearing up when he saw me, it was so painful. My second egg retrieval they got 14, 7 made it to day 3, 3 made it to day 5. Those three went through PGS and only 1 was genetically normal, that one resulted in my daughter who is now almost 9 months.
When I think of future IVF rounds, all that worries me is the retrieval. It is ironic considering that I delivered my daughter naturally , no epidural and in a hospital . But I'm scared of a retrieval...our brains are funny!

i was an egg donor last year, they retrieved 17 eggs. The nurses called last month saying the recipient got twins I'm so happy for her even though I never got to meet her I'm sure She'll be the best mom to her precious girls.

This brought back so many memories. Unfortunately, our 2 ivf’s did not work. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through. I kept it quiet for so long (my infertility) because i was so ashamed. I’m a stronger woman because of it and I am no longer ashamed. Sending you big hugs!

I had my egg retrieval today! With dr kilts and the same anesthesiologist! I couldn’t have been any happier with how kind the anesthesiologist was, I was soooo nervous cause I’ve been put under. 27 eggs were retrieved.
I also got 27 with my last retrieval…19 of them were mature
27 great. I just got 5
Gosh this video made me tear up! It took me back to my retrieval day where they also told me I had more eggs retrieved than what I thought. I cried with you when they said 17!!! Just for some hopeful motivation: I'm now nearly 14 weeks pregnant with my FET :)
This was amazing. You guys made me smile, when she found out about the egg count my heart melted. My husband and I went through the same thing in 2014, with a FET as well. Now we have a beautiful almost 4yo boy and I'm having our second baby boy this Valentines day, 3 more weeks to go with this pregnancy I cant wait ;) I'm sending all my baby dust to you and I'm wishing you the best of luck. Oh my heart just breaks for you guys. I follow you on Instagram so I even knew what was coming but this just makes me want to reach out and give you a hug. I can tell you that I had a failed IVF cycle, an IVF cycle that worked but resulted in our third miscarriage, and I currently am loving on my 10 month old miracle rainbow baby, conceived without any invasive treatments at all. God works miracles every single day and I pray that one of these days it’s for you ❤️❤️❤️

I followed the *ThePregnancyFact. Com* (Google it) when my spouse and I decided it was time for a baby. Simply Google to learn the reasons that has made the plan to improve numerous people. After improving my diet and adopting the plan for three months, I found out that I was going to end up being a parent. This book has improved my life, despite the fact where I am in the aged.
So sorry about this happening. My husband and I are starting our IVF in September so I’m hoping for all good news. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

Carrissa and Brian , you are so strong people to go through all IVF. Me and my husband going through infertility during over 12 years. I didn't have IVF and as more I know about it as more Im far away from IVF. I had natural pregnancy with miscarriages and now its over 2 years with no success. We were told to do IVF but I just cant go there. It s too much over those 12 years and I gave up. I wish you to stay strong and I wish you to hold your baby in one dayin your arms from your heart. Dont give up if you can. Good luck guys and all blessings

This is so cool! I wish I would’ve been brave enough to vlog, blog, and share my first and second rounds of ivf trying to conceive my son back in 2011-2012, but I was walking with so much shame attached to me until 2015. I now am freed of the shame, and bravely share my story, encourage other women so that they know they aren’t alone, and I’m about to begin being more vulnerable and transparent on my journey to conceive baby #2 naturally. Our last miscarriage we conceived naturally just as my husband and I had been believing God and praying for. So, I know that He can do it again because He does the impossible! I’m routing for you and Brian to conceive your little miracles!

You were sound asleep, my girl! 😴 I have only had anesthesia as a child when I got my tonsils out. I was wide awake the whole time I got my wisdom teeth out. 😬 It’s so interesting to see people respond as they wake up!

Appreciate Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - *ThePregnancyFact. Com* It is a great one of a kind product for learning how to get pregnant naturally minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy after many years got excellent results with it.
Thank you for sharing this. We had our Retrieval 2 weeks ago and it was not easy recovery as I had ohss as well. I hope all went well with you guys as this is not an easy process! Many prayers and I'm surprised they didn't test Brian before this started, but each infertility clinic is different and it is still a fairly new process too. Each person will be a different protocol! So many meds, injections, pain and instructions. We received 40 eggs, 27 were mature, 12 made it to the final test for genetics, find out next week what we have, if any. (Not bragging but simply showing how each person can differ in this process.) I enjoyed seeing the behind the scenes as we were not able to do this live and I hope she had an easy recovery. Thanks again!!!

Ahhh this was so emotional watching. I just had my own egg retrieval and felt so loopy coming out of it, I balled my eyes out, but I was all alone, nowhere near as nice as this. The results of this made me so sad, but you have the mentality of a true champ. The worst part is the not knowing, not understanding the full picture so one can make it better. Ahh guys what a hard first round.

Wow!!! What a completely different experience you had vs. what we did. According to my wife this is the Doctor at CNY fertility( I have never met but my wife did just before she got placed under.) We could not even get his time to explain anything before or after.
Glad you guys had fun doing this. Unfortunately for us everytime we go, there seems to be more surprises and not much communication. We have lost so much respect for this place.
This broke my heart. Im starting my journey and I'm 32 years old married for 7 years no kids. I'd give anything for a baby. I pray you have your baby. It's so hard to be happy for others when you're so sad for your own situation. I pray all ladies who want babies can and will have them.

Thank you for sharing this! Five years of ttc here with unexplained infertility. I had my first ivf egg retrieval almost two weeks ago . I had 17 follicles, 9 eggs, 6 of them were matured and fertilised with icsi and only two made it into blastocyst. I had transfered both of them on last friday and i'm on the two week wait now .. Faith, hope, and baby dust to all of us going trough this.!

Carissa & Brian i just want you to keep the love between you 2..i dont want to tell you my story and why i opted for ivf because i dont want to send any sad vibes your way... speak your miracles into existence do not stop.. there is hope for you, im all the way in Zimbabwe (Africa) and had to undergo my IVF cycle across the border in South Africa.. though its financially and physically draining, i am pulling through... we had 41 eggs retrieved and suffered severe OHSS. We got 19 embryos from there though they could have been more if they let them fertilize.. postponed my FET to 2 months later... should be going in for the FET in a couple of weeks... praying for you💕💕 sending my love

I had mine retrieved some days back and the experience wasn’t fun , I don’t do well with anesthesia so I could feel the pinch of the needle and it was really painful but when they told us the amount of eggs retrieved it was comforting...
