Gouache Painting Time-Lapse | ShinHan Hybrid Set | Study #1

Hi Guys,

In this video I go ahead and do a basic painting using the ShinHan Gouache Hybrid Set. I know many people inquiry about some sets that aren't normally commonly purchased or may be too expensive but want to see what it's like beforehand.
Since this was an expensive set, I wanted to showcase the vibrancy/pigments of the paints.
Pros
- a little goes a long way
- amazing pigmentation
- includes color information with packaging
- acts like gouache
- acts like watercolor
- can be rewet once dried (!!!)
Cons
- expensive
- not replaceable individually
- paint color names are a little weird but it's not necessarily a big issue.
The best part about this paint is that when you use a watercolor sealed palette, these paints can be re-wet and reused without issues. The quality is astounding. The dried up paints can be reused when uncovered but it's best to cover them up to let them last longer.
I really wanted to showcase the fluidity of the paints. I am a very new painter so I do have a lot to learn especially with brush strokes, how much water to use when adding paint etc.
