And found it again to refresh before removing bumper for condenser change. Great job adding a commentary suggesting what you learned along the way also.

Thanks so much for this video! On a 2004 C4S, the first steps work much easier if you remove the screws from the bottom of the bumper first, which allows the wheel well insert to move freely after removing the fasteners from inside the wheel well. Also, don't forget to re-insert the temperature probe in the bumper when reinstalling. It will get stuck under the bumper when you slide the bumper back on, leaving you scratching your head about why it doesn't fit right ;-)

thanks for the walk through. just cleaned my radiators and your video was VERY helpful. just a note - you mentioned the hard to get to torx screw that was "up there above the scoop" i found if i took my headlight out it was extremely easy to see and get to.

Just did this with my 2002 911 C4 narrow to add daytime running lights to the stock bumper cover and do a radiator clean. I ended up with 2 fasteners I can't find homes for O.o The big ones from the bottom too. Took me about 2 hours by myself to locate and account for all the screws holding this thing on. Next time I'll take pics of EVERY screw location. ALSO > Doing the radiator clean, if you have an air compressor, use that while things are dry. Then, if you have a VERY SOFT bristled cleaning brush of some description, go with the grain to get grass out. AFTER getting as much out as possible dry, hose it all out to get the dirt crud out. ALSO ALSO, I used MEGUIAR'S G15812 Plastic Restorer Black to bring the life back in those plastic parts and it worked like a charm. The scoops and all those trim pieces are black as night again :D

Fred, I followed your video to clean the radiators on my 2003 Boxster and I couldn't have done it without you! I didn't even have any left over parts.1

Great video for mechanical challenged people like me! super helpful and great step by step DYS. I found a lot of crap in between, no wonder my fan would run almost all the time. Ill have to buy you a beer one of these days! Thank you.

@CoastersPubFL I think I spent about two hours on it, but I was taking the time to set up the camera before each step. It really helps to have someone assist you in removing the buumper, so it doesn't get scratched.

Thanks for taking the trouble to record this -- I'm thinking it's time to do this to clear the debris as well as repaint the front grills on my 1999 Boxster.

Right on brutha, thanks for taking the time to post this!! I need to pop mine off for the same cleaning, as well as to fab up mounts for a Blinder M27 install. I've got a 2001 C4 with an MK1 GT3 aero kit, so I'm hoping the front bumper will mount the same. I'm guessing it will. Thx!!

Great video! We're about to take the front spoiler off a 997 to adapt a grill to protect the radiators. I didn't even think of cleaning the radiators while it was off. You probably should have covered yours up with a grill as well.

I appreciate it depends on driving conditions but can I ask you to estimate how often this should be done? I was surprised to see so much debris between the condenser and radiator! Great video by the way, will be confident to do my own with this by my side, thank you!
