I could not order Rokkon from my country, even with VPN. The situation with MOTU Origins release schedule gets worse by each figure. Seems like they are all into the Turtles Of Grayskull and Cartoon line, and ignores their loyal customers by not delivering the remaining OG figures for the Origins line. I can only imagine this trend gets even worse, with high anticipated figures like Sy-Klone and Extendar, Two-Bad etc.
Ahhhh I'm done with origins. There must be at least another 20+ more figures to go through Mattel creation. I will just have to enjoy the origins from UA-cam. Toy collecting has never been this frustrating.
I managed to order 3 in the UK for myself and two friends. Even though the message about issues was still on the front page, I still managed to log in, place my order and have it confirmed after 5pm GMT. I'd actually forgotten about the time and it was only after I saw the email saying it was live a few minutes past 5, I jumped onto the PC to place the order.
This figure was a pass for me, even scalpers will struggle to sell these on ebay (Not because they are undesirable) but because the £9 ($11) p&p charge and eBays 13% fee make this overpriced even when its listed at break even price. I can see from previous UK sales that: Fang-or, Lady Slither, Frog Monger, Wun-Dar barely break even on cost price when sold on eBay (Ignore the initial 1st month listings we are talking once the hype has died down).

He sold out in 15 min. Website screwed up. Mattel is refunding orders. This is exactly what happened with wun-dar. The website continued to sell Rokkon after he technically sold out.
Mattel is out of control, it’s like we are in a world war scenario ffs… I’m based in Japan and still am shocked that I was able to put my order in just before the preorder started, I don’t understand why the last minute ‘limited’ country list, and why was Japan the only country in Asia to be eligible?! Mattel you must confess now…
These are the countries with different global shipping arrangements following an announcement back in September 2022. The details were not explained but presumably this set-up means these countries could be served through them.
Step back & watch the news in America. Go look up how America treats it's employees. Learn about America & you will start to understand. I was born & raised in America & I am 100% *DISGUSTED* with this country. Apathy has been taken to the maximum extreme. Everything is completely broken & dysfunctional here. Most companies & government offices DO NOT even answer the phone anymore. You cannot speak to a human being anymore. You cannot even ask a simple question. Everybody is frustrated, stressed out, burnt out & pissed off. All of these huge American corporations are rotten & evil to the core.
You should see what the current Australian government is doing. Medicare, the last true vestige of Australian government looking after its people. This current government has SLASHED the percentage of rebates from near 50% to less than 30%. Why? Because.
Only you’re upset and frustrated. And what would you know about employees, you’re on disability for no reason. Yet you’re eating very very well. Nothing is broken. But let’s just say everything is as bad as you claim, why do you continue living in a country that’s so so so horrible? Move to Russia or South America 😂😂😂
Got some ROKKON! Do we know how many are available? Maybe that would explain why it took a couple hours to sell out as opposed to minutes? Maybe they make more for a hyped figure?
This said unable to ship to UK when I logged on 2 hours before the live release so if it suddenly changed screw it. No idea why a mere 2 hours later it did ship to Uk, better things to do with life. But again who runs these companies, that mere commercials or supply and demand elude them. They have the world at their feet but couldn’t find a way to ship product (pathetic)
The communication on this was poor, with the technical team, forum communication manager and social media poster not always in sync and no announcement email sent. The result was the announcement about a handful of other countries was made in comments on social media posts even before the technical team had amended the banners on the site so it was very uncertain what we could do.

Hate to break this to you, but all of the rest of the vintage style Origins releases will be Mattel Creations exclusives going forward. They announced this a year ago.
