Help! I replaced the main board, no power. Replaced the noise filter, no power. Plugged the washer into a different outlet. Still no power! I’m at a loss? Any advice?

Check for power leaving the noise filter? From what I have read, you should have house current going out of the filter.

To protect from power surges, and outages of computer equipment, an Uninterruptible Power Supply is used. It is a stand alone device you plug into. They seem to do the same function as the noise filter. Could I plug the washer into one after bypassing the noise filter?
