That’s not how this works. If there is an HOA in the neighborhood the entire neighborhood belongs to it. You aren’t a “ member”. But Helen wasn’t the president either.
Should of called the police after the first contact and/or the first letter.

The worse managers are those fresh out of school without any practical experience. That moron at the grocery story should have never been made store manager for at least two years, if not longer. He should have been a shadow of the previous store manager so he could learn how things work in the real world and not how the text book say it runs. Daddy being in upper management shouldn't play any part in what position the son receives. He should start at the bottom and move up from there as soon as the existing manager felt he had a grasp of each station.
Nepotism has zero place in the workplace. Too often clods are put into positions they are suited for, don't have the right experiences to assume, or lack the necessary education needed for the position.
The only thing nepotism did for that grocery store, was to foster a terrible work environment and a high turnover rate. In the end, though, nepotism caused three people in management to be fired for not doing their jobs correctly.
A Business degree is only useful as proof of having a degree. Otherwise it's a waste of time and money.
