It's important to remember that rabbits aren't social by nature. You can make them tolerate eachother. But you'll never have a "bonded" pair of rabbits. You'll never have a pair of rabbits that don't dominance groom and suffer from chronic stress. It's 100% human emotions, it only benefits the owner keeping them together. If he never finds a "buddy" that's definitely the best situation for him.
I can't get rabbits at this time but I would love to see videos of Milo enjoying those bun toys. You are an amazing person for all the work you do to help animals.
Thank you for your channel. I love the education you give but the love you put out into the universe. I now know there will not be any piggies in my apartment. I don't have the room. I will however keep watching you and yours. Peace and love from a great grandmother.
I can help but cry watching your videos. You're doing such an important and great job! I wish there were more pure and loving souls on Earth like yourself. Thank you so much for doing so much for animals
Oh my gosh I am absolutelt delighted to hear that Vinny will be a long term member of the Pig Room channel! He's such a beautiful boy and I hope he and Milo will get along and live a long happy life together in your care
Oh my gosh, I was so happy that you went back and got Ramona and Bethany and the adorable Strawberry at the shelter and brought them to the rescue! What a blessing and it was meant to be as Strawberry will have maybe, a new name, lol and a new life of being cared for. Vinny is so adorable and how he loved his new cage set up and what can we say about Tinsley?! Such a mommy and her babies are as precious as ever! It will be nice to see as they explore and Tinsley takes on the next journey of how they are growing. You can tell how both Vinny and Tinsley connect with you and feel safe. Thank you for sharing this journey!
Babies are EVEN cuter with fur! Thanks for the update, I love them all so much!! Very sad the all-black bun wasn't one of the keepers, but the two you did keep are adorable too! Hehe, seeing mama hop up to you to greet was wholesome. She already trusts you so much!
I actually just use the type of storage container that would fit under a bed for my buns litter box. Plenty of room to turn around and eat too. I ❤ Vinny, he does have the best cheeks.
you really should have put some carpet or a blanket on top of the rabbit's nesting box man, just like there was for other rabbits in their separate cages. you saw how they were cuddled up almost UNDER the box, imo that's because they were seeking a dark place to sleep in especially since they haven't opened their eyes yet. in the wild the mother always makes tunnels or holes in the ground for them to hide and sleep in, providing a safe and dark shelter.
Seeing the love you have for these babies warms my heart. I just lost my little man myself and the hole it left is large. Seeing the kindness you have toward them makes me feel just a little bit better. I’m hopefully going to find a bun for myself soon that’s the right fit for me. Thanks for saving them. ❤
Please please please film all of the bonding situation and explain it all. I’m going to be bonding my rabbit next month and just trying to do as much research as possible xx
Your new products look amazing! I hope one day they are available to us in the U.K. I love Vinny too, his personality is exactly like my rainbow bunny Chris, I see my Chris in Vinny. We need more people on this world who will do so much for animals like you, above and beyond be putting yourself out to help them. I’m like this too and it’s lovely to see others do the same. Well done for all your hard work Austin 👏🏻👏🏻
When I bonded my two neutered male rabbits I put them side-by-side for a week they went from trying to fight through the bars of their pins to sleeping side by side on opposite sides of the pens then when I put them in my room in a bonding pain I put a blanket down a pile of hay😊 put them in their put some banana baby food on their forehead and then groovy each other and it took a week they fully bonded they haven't fought since they're best friends as 😊 in Luke the bunny I adopted from the shelter from my boy Lobo has never been around any other bunnies but he bonded real good with Lobo
i absolutely love your channel and these bunny’s!!! I can’t wait to watch the little buns grow up and hoping the bonding goes well! Hope you have a good easter 🐰🪺🐥

I've had rabbits. 2 strongly bonded girls. I loved them so much. I do want to get more, but my sister is severely allergic and she wouldn't be able to come over or bring her kids over. But I do have 2 guinea pigs.
I’m so excited for the bun room! I have a bunny myself and although I love Guinea pigs and your Guinea pig videos I love the fact that we are seeing more rabbit content and are going to get some more rabbit specific toys 😁💕
I want to thank you for your channel. My BFF of 49 years passed away five months ago and it’s been all that I can do to put 1 foot in front of the other and want to keep going. I came across your channel quite by mistake and to be honest guinea pigs really aren’t my thing. Well, they weren’t Until now. Will I adopt one? Omg so happy you where able to rescue these beautiful bunny’s! And the baby’s are literally so cute!❤ btw I love channel I have learned so much from you and thanks to you my piggies got an amazing cage for Christmas last year!

Just an idea, for litterboxes you could always use storage bins; that's what my buns have and they use them pretty well and oh gosh the kits are just super cute! They are thriving! We have to remind ourselves that even if the care is not at our level, it’s good enough, we can’t keep them all. Usually us fanatical animal lovers, do take the care of our pets to an insane level, that we just cannot expect everyone else to do. As long as they are clean, sheltered, fed good food, have vet checks, given ample space and are loved, that’s what matters. I completely get it, I have dedicated my entire life to animals, both in my career as a vet tech, and in my spare time as a volunteer wildlife carer and rescuer. On top of that I have my own pets who are so spoilt, it makes people cringe 😂 We can’t save them all, that’s the hardest part to learn, and we have to settle for the fact that we do make a significant difference to every single animal we rescue and rehome, and that’s our reward, to know that animals life changed for the better, because of what we did. Great job, it makes me so happy to see young people doing what I did when I was young. Amazing! Tinsley finally gets to have babies instead of crying over her frozen egg pictures! 😂 Great work Austin. You are a very sweet man. Question...are those toys also safe for piggers? I have 2 that I think would love a couple of those new things. They like the stacking cups, so I think they could like that bunny cup. As of right now, I want to focus on bonding Milo and Vinny in the coming future and of course, continue to raise the babies to make sure they are as healthy and happy as can be!
Hi Austin! I absolutely love your piggies and bunnies! I have had both piggies and bunnies throughout my life and love them so much! I am going to make an order from your store soon for my birthday, and was wondering if these new bunny products could also be used for pigs or if there are certain materials that are better for bunnies in these products! 😆thank you!
I feel like you should definitely check the spot that you rescued the bunny's from regularly. All the people seemed quite rude there and I have no doubt they will just get more rabbits
hey i was just wondering if you would consider doing a bunny room makeover, and maybe opening up the room, and if possible getting rid of the cages and bars? i would love to see them roaming around the whole room with more wooden structures (like the hide the mummy bunny has) and big dig boxes :) xxx
I live in stroudsburg pa moving into my new house in June. I want to rescue a bunny but would like to have have it free roam . Do you think there is a bunny rescue near me that will help me find a bunny that's easy to litter box train and keep as a free roam?
You aren't far from Cotton Tails Rabbit Rescue so if you are interested in getting a rabbit from them when you are ready, feel free to reach out to them! Alot of rabbits do super well with the litterbox so you are bound to find out that is relatively clean!
I can’t wait until I have a stable enough job to have another bun myself. :) my buns name was Patches. He was a lop a breeder said was a fail because he didn’t have the characteristics they wanted. He was my world. I am not sure what happened to him. One day he stopped eating and I brought him to the vet, ofc he ate for the vet. The vet gave us pain killers and some medicated food to keep his stomach moving. The next morning he was gone. We got someone to… look… at him and they said it looks like a natural death. He was only 3. I didn’t understand. I fed him Timothy hey once he reached maturity, he got his cadge cleaned twice a week, I made sure to give him fresh veggies and fruits twice a day, and I fed him a food blend that had the nutrients he needed. I was broken. Still to this day despite wanting another rabbit I am so scared because I felt like it was my fault even though he had everything he needed. It’s frustrating. So waiting until I can bring in more money before I get another so I can make sure I can give them EXACTLY what they need.
Before anyone comes at me for saying “cadge” it was a cadge I got custom made to fit on a stand in my room. The cadge had more surface area then my queen sized bed plus an added on litter box. I put fleece down on the hard portions of the enclosure and it got replaced with cleaning. He was spoiled. His favorite toy was a willow ball. He went through them like crazy because he loved tearing them up. He had lots of other toys though, including ones my dad made him. Everyone in the house was quite fond of Patches.
What happened to the 4th biological baby I dont recall you saying anything about it’s passing and I’ve not seen any other comments about it not being there either.
You should wait until you are ready to take on the responsibilities that come along with owning rabbits. They are a very large financial decision so it’s important to plan accordingly.
Milo needs to learn how to be a bun again around other bunnies but with time he will definitely find his best bunfriend ❤️
He definitely will have to warm up to another rabbit, but I think he will come around! He is such a sweet boy 😊

I feel like you should definitely check the spot that you rescued the bunny's from regularly. All the people seemed quite rude there and I have no doubt they will just get more rabbits
you're such a sweetheart
😊
hey i was just wondering if you would consider doing a bunny room makeover, and maybe opening up the room, and if possible getting rid of the cages and bars? i would love to see them roaming around the whole room with more wooden structures (like the hide the mummy bunny has) and big dig boxes :) xxx
Bun Room makeover video coming soon! They will eventually have the whole room and not be in cages.
I so wish I could have a baby bunny
Omg I want the baby grey one she so cute
I live in stroudsburg pa moving into my new house in June. I want to rescue a bunny but would like to have have it free roam . Do you think there is a bunny rescue near me that will help me find a bunny that's easy to litter box train and keep as a free roam?
You aren't far from Cotton Tails Rabbit Rescue so if you are interested in getting a rabbit from them when you are ready, feel free to reach out to them! Alot of rabbits do super well with the litterbox so you are bound to find out that is relatively clean!
@@ThePigRoom thank you so much. I love ur channel
Omg there so cute!😊
With my rabbit who I rescued and she gave birth I wove cardboard through the pen to keep them contained
The way I live in New York
Do you have wood pallets in the litter box? If yes how do you clean them?
Miracle syringes make feedings much smoother.
when do bunnys open there ears?
We’re do the other bunnies go ?
Good rabbit
What happened to the 4th biological baby I dont recall you saying anything about it’s passing and I’ve not seen any other comments about it not being there either.
Totally forgot to mention! Was going to let everyone know in my next video 😞
this is kinda off topic but should i get a rabbit, even if i have carpet ir should i wait until im older and moved out?
You should wait until you are ready to take on the responsibilities that come along with owning rabbits. They are a very large financial decision so it’s important to plan accordingly.
