@@Pappa958 the song actually combines his ddd theme with his kh2 theme and part of a fight to the death. There was also a part that was similar to the darkness of the unknown part from the triple nort fight and that's all that I picked up on. Btw his dm uses the blue lasers from kh1.

Even though I cant even begin to dream of attempting no damage runs, watching you do these really helps me figure how to get through certain phases on these fights. Plus these are insanely entertaining to watch. Kudos to you!
kyle maltby He’s not impossible.. none of these battles are. I’m not a KH veteran of any sorts and I had a hard time with these bosses, but I spend over an hour or more with most of them learning their attacks and how to block them.. I managed to beat them all after 3 days. Saïx, Xion and Xehanort were imo the hardest.. Xemnas is tough but if you block him correctly it becomes pretty easy
@@Twocoolman115 To be honest, discounting gameplay, KH3's story killed most of my personal hype for Xemnas.(While also somehow opening up another can of worms for Ansem that will sadly never be resolved because he's gone too)
Out of all the fights so far, this is the one I was waiting to see. His openings were rough in the main game, so getting to see where they were here was very appreciated (and well done, of course).
That Danmaku moments were insane. And it's really creative in this game where Xemnas will assault you with his lightsabers and thorns, then comes to barrage you with his lasers which can really mess you up if you don't so much as simply block it lol Definitely makes the fun yet equally a living hell to do, let alone a no damage run of it at that xD

It kinda feels like a good contrast to the Ansem Battle since Ansem spends most of his battle fighting you from a distance with his magic and can inflict ailments during his desperation attack, while Xemnas by contrast is a much more in your face brawl. Like he still has his lasers and the thorns but he mixes in a lot of melee and most of his attacks are based around melee.
I finally bought remind and I was looking forward to this fight. Might be my favorite out of all of them, the theme, the laser light cage, the fact that Xemnas is my favorite KH villan, and this fight actually felt “fair” in my opinion
This is the ONLY fight where I can actually hang with him for a few life bars. He had about 5/6 bars left and caught me with the laser dome attack because I missed my block. These fights are, at the same time, enjoyable yet extremely frustrating. I gotta learn some new strategies for these guys because I’m getting nowhere fast
@@rubenneto6198 I figured folks just destroyed their controllers during the laser dome. I often imagined them shouting "ORA ORA ORA" out of desperation.
I like the implication that Sora never improved his stamina since fighting Xemnas in KH2 which is why the laser dome still stuns him. I could be wrong, but I feel he did less movement this fight so if anything it reduced. XD
It helps when you're in ultimate form. Hell, even light form cause of the barrier. It's tricky to dodge the blue ones , THEN proceed to block the red lasers. This fight is just pure combat and hate...then, Xion!
This was the most fun battle. Xemnas and I went shot for shot without hitting the floor for an entire fight lol no matter how many times I lost it was just sooo much fun
The Killer Critic that was a missed opportunity, they fleshed out the mechanics for the other heroes but only gave us one fight. They should have got a data battle each
In one of the flash tracer minigames there is a chance you will get a special master medal with the ability stun protection on it, I use that for the desperation move
Probably the best part about this fight is Xemnas using Vine to basically say “Oh, you wanna trap me in an endless combo? Nah bruh, you gotta work for that crap.”

We've come a long way from kicking his silent hooded ass in Hollow Bastion more than a decade ago (for those lucky enough to get Final Mix before 1.5 made the fight available stateside). Now he won't shut up and is even more nuts in his attacks.
Find it ironic how the four hardest fights of the data battles are realistic, considering their the four top dogs of the data organization (is referring to vanitas, terra-nort Xemnas and Ansem. I don't count Xehanort or Xion because they both are special cases I believe)
I still have no idea how I beat this guy. I hadn’t played KH in ages so I had pretty much forgotten the controls (how to block, dash,etc.) I just mashed the attack button, dodged occasionally and spammed links and I beat him without even having to use a Kupo Coin. I used Classic Tone. I don’t think I’ve ever played any video game better in my entire life. It was like I was in the ultimate zone.
I still hate myself not getting this keyblade, I stuck with the kingdom key cause it reminded me the most of kh2. Now I’m under leveled with a maxed kingdom key and do like 2 thirds of a bar of health in an entire combo.

Its a Stun, some other attacks in Data Org have stuns, but unless you're in a Form, that one is unavoidable
