@@FiremarshalM1 So what? No one is claiming that his life is perfect. Everyone can and has been lonely at some point in their life, regardless of socio-economic status. If he doesn't want to be used for his money, he can be friends with other billionaires, or actually get an authentic personality so he has something else that is valuable to contribute to relationships. He is in no way shape or form a victim.

Its not okay to shame people for being rich & "unaware" just like its not okay to shame people for being poor/broke and struggling. Him not tipping or now knowing what he wants in a relationship is both understandable and beautiful, just because he's rich doesnt entitle him to spend his wealth on any and everyone, its his family's money he can do what he wasnt with it.

People just expect delivery drivers to pay for gas and wear and tear on their vehicles plus all their living expenses for $2.25 and then say it’s the companies fault for not paying them. It’s the companies fault, it’s the customers fault, and it’s the drivers fault if they accept the crap orders. No tip no trip, your food will sit until some poor driver thinks it’s worth accepting.

Many treat themselves because we live in a work driven culture and exhaust ourselves with work and at the end of the day we try to find moments of joy through travel and experiences or some things we love and enjoy that we can buy. But someone like him has more money than any human deserves or needs. He can buy experiences and things 10 times over and still have so much money left. So yeah, when you have money in excess like that, a decent sum of it really should be made to go towards helping others in need. No one should have that much money while so much of the world is starving, dying of treatable diseases, etc. Only thing I agree with is that people of all social classes often buy too much stuff and things they don't need, at least in the US where everyone is obsessed with showing off and having a million things they don't even care about or need. But then many people who don't make a lot often try to donate or help when they can and this guy can't even put five bucks down for a tip, come on.

In the first place everyone is responsible for their own life. It’s not his task to help anyone and give tips. Besides of that a lot of rich people forget to give tips because their life doesn’t revolve around money. A lot of rich people also forget to pay tho cause they just don’t think about money cause it’s always there for them. And I understand him cause as I said everyone is responsible for their own lives. I give back to the world, planet, nature and people who can’t help themselves like kids and handicapped people. Drug addicts are there because they chose to. First the generation who makes the money and does the hard work, the following generation that becomes decadent and starts blowing the estate, ending off with the generation that loses the wealth due to being completely unattached to how it was accumulated in the first place. In my area, there is a place they get free food 3X a day, a place to sleep/shower/ do laundry, free clothes, free mental health and job services…but they usually just take the free food and clothes and choose to live outside. Because to stay at the shelter (or get these special houses they’re making for them), they have to be sober, and they don’t want the free resources that will help them to be.

    • @jeannettev5119

We can’t deny that homelessness is becoming an increased issue with housing prices skyrocketing. All homeless people don’t have addictions many of them you wouldn’t even know were homeless when walking past them on the street. For the ones that suffer from an addiction how are they supposed to improve if they don’t have stable housing and continued addiction and mental health support? Healthcare and mental health support is extremely expensive in the US and the free care is subpar. Anyone can become homeless if the wrong sequence of events happened it’s not limited to drug addicts. Making assumptions that homeless people don’t want to contribute to their community and make it a better place only worsens the situation.
