@@tomcat7493 they race at circuits and street courses, not just ovals. Oval races also generate hundreds of passes per race in IndyCar. Some singular laps have more passing than an entire F1 race.
Thanks for including more footage of the racing than you have in past videos. Those last 4 gave some fantastic fights and should be proud of themselves.
This was so much fun, even if I was out straight away😂. The guys are just the same as in the videos and that is special. Keep up the amazing work guys. And thank you again for a brilliant day. On that note make sure you subscribe to be in with a chance next time 👊
Andrew drives like a pro. I have seen videos where professionals say how for example the fastest F1 drivers always have a very calm way of steering. It´s not relaxed, but calm is the way to go. Amazing to see how calm he was after being divebombed as well. Hats off to the winner! Great idea for a video as well!
Neither Schumacher, Senna or Verstappen for example steer "calmly". It's just different ways of driving, and particularly in f1, different ways of setting up the car to suit their preferences. In karting however, it's more important to keep your momentum, and not slide, because that kills your laptime.
What a brilliant day and video this turned out to be! Really enjoyed getting the opportunity to film with you guys! Was great to chat to you all and get a picture too!
Very fun to watch but Andrew was not even a loser... He really won that. Also Scott seemed to have a particular fast kart when he could get better exit speeds when pushed out to the grass, time after time!?
Ive got to be honest it does seem like scotts kart had a bit of a power advantage. Hed get a similar if not worse exit to some of the drivers and still pull them on the straights
We did have to carry a lot of lead to balance the karts out, and so Scott could catch up without the race taking an unreasonably long time. It was fun regardless and there was a lot of good battles!
What an awesome video! I did a 12 hour endurance race around that track years ago. Some big companies arrived. I was representing Halfords. They sent all the fasted guys out first. We all got black flagged lap one and got told off. Given an hour sin bin time. 😁(it was actual carnage) Ah the good old days! Great track to visit FYI, that back straight entry got the pulse going each and every lap!
What an awesome concept. I would genuinely watch this once a week, exact same race, just redone every week. Let alone this concept with celebrities or famous race drivers of past and present. What a riot to watch.
You guys should race against subscribers in their own cars but in different brackets (like a Mondeo owner being up against the Passat, a modified golf GTI against the clio etc). Not like I'd do well but it could be fun to watch
This was such a fun video, I was laughing all the way through. I love that you're incorporating subscribers, hopefully I can make it to one of them eventually!
That looked like some proper fun! Congrats to Andrew for showing such good and clean driving, always the guys that look slowest who are actually fastest :)
Yeah it did look like he had a bit of a rocket ship! People will say no he maintained high minimums, slow-in, fast-out, etc... but even the footage they kept in can't hide the fact his kart seemed far quicker than even some of the lighter looking subscribers. Plus, anyone who's done arrive & drive karting at any kind of competitive level knows that the fleets are rarely evenly matched. However, it probably made for a better video overall and this is after-all entertainment! Would have been dull to watch Scott stuck in a dud kart
This looks like it would've been an absolute blast. If you guys ever organized something like this in Canada for whatever reason, I would 100% find a way to get there
Great to host everybody at our iconic Milton Keynes venue. Come back soon! 💪
Great track, I was there for a 12 hour endurance a "few" years back and it was fantastic! Great hosts and a fun track.
Great track, I need to go again 💪
From all us subs thank you for doing that for the guys!!!
Love this track was pumped when a beat a few pro karters . Miss it alot . Shame I live in Wales now 😕
You should have invited Rhianna from your earlier karting video 😉
this is genuinely more exciting than an F1 race
Kind of a low bar these days lol
This racing is like IndyCar. Carnage, intense racing, with open wheel speeds. Anyone can win in that series
let Max did this challange on Zantvort

I got invited to go but I found out it was on a school day
Me too. I even know a couple of them!

Can confirm it was very good, great set of guys. Really well run too (although having the maximum amount of ballast wasn’t as fun)

He looked calm but if you look closely he is constantly correcting the steering to find that extra grip around corners
Had loads of fun taking part in this and good to see the video come together so well. Thanks to Overdrive and Daytona for a great day!
That first lap was absolutely chaos! 😂
Kudos to Andrew for maintaining his cool! 😎
So many George Russell moves punting off other drivers in that first lap.

did i ever tell you guys that i love your no fuss straight to the point intros and outros?
this video was amazing fun!
This race was so exciting to watch I could only imagine how it was to be there living it
So grateful to be part of..met alot of drivers and had so much fun😁
I've raced Andrew a bunch of times, and when I say raced I mean he's always overtaken me. He's a demon at MK, so it was no surprise to see him win!
Being involved in something like this is like a dream come true soo much fun and an opportunity to see how fast you’re really are
At the end stage, they should be more focused on each other given how the game works. You don't have to beat Scott, just everyone else.

Too much fun - this might have been the best Overdrive video yet.
“Last person to get passed gets $1,000”
Andrew:
“But is getting passed really worth the thousand?”
That was a hell of a battle
Today, Scott, (not related to Nigel Mansell), Mansell, becomes MrBeast...
"MrBeast" will never be half the person that Scott is..

Great video and good fun to watch. Andrew -- thats my boy!!🏆
