Okay I read it, over the weekend, literally in one day, stayed up until 2 AM. Based on the innocent cutesy book cover I expected a vanilla sweet romance but this thing was dark and twisted!! It was totally like a mafia romance with some 50 shades of grey and rich girls thrown in there hahaha. So good, binge worthy!! Plus I love how she added in the family trauma and how everything shaped our main characters, it was wild and Alex was wild but I could not stop reading to see what happened next. Plus the spice was hottt. Not even my usual style but dang Ana. Well written.
I literally cannot stress this enough.. I TRUST YOUR JUDGEMENTS. We have the same exact taste when it comes to books so it’s so easy to follow your guidance on these. I literally just went out and bought this book since you said it reminds you of the other boys tied into one. So excited 🤍🤍
I finished this book a few hrs ago and I am sooo disappointed. I love me a dominant, 'you are mine' guy but he was way too much. She couldn't have any conversation with any other guy without he be like 'I am going to kill him!'. And the ending... like... 'Bridget is her friend but I am still considering blackmailing her if needed...'. Noooo. Have some respect for your girlfriend's life and friends... Otherwise the plot was catching, I liked the sexy scenes- it was an Ok book but I don't know... He was toooo toxic.
Omg I felt the same way. I'm super excited for the second book but this was not it. I'm all for a dark romance but these stalking possessive themes only have a place in that genre I felt like he never took accountability. It started off so promising but just went downhill unfortunately :/

This book was so addictive, would've been a 5 star if we would've gotten to know more about Ava's biological dad, it should've been brought up again, and that "fake" paramedics, police being Alex's people, it was kinda too much for me to believe. But having said that, AlexAva are my fav couple (book 2 is my fav story). There's something about the brother's bff that intrigues me like nothing else!!! I can't wait to read book 3!! People are going crazy over our Miss RedHead and the hot doc!!! 🙈🙈💓💓
