that is the Best video I've seen on to top up these Worcester Boilers thank you for your video even though you had a bit of a struggle I have left the key in place requires quite a lot of force to remove and install thanks once again👍

I just moved into a house and somebody broke the key inside the opening i can see how that happened.. If i manage to get it out ill stick some grease or fairy liquid on the washers.
This design in the most stupid thing I have ever seen.....the force required is asking for trouble especially when done by house holders who are not mechanically minded. Who dreamt this up????
@@rayswann7618 Hi ray best remove part replace it with Worcester Bosch Greenstar Keyless! Filling Link look on ebay! Cheap price make sure it's new no key needed simply pull to fill boiler pressure 👍

I got the key in but the white knob bit next to it will not turn to the left it's super tight 😭 no heating over christmas
Is the key all the way in? Some one mentioned putting oil or any lubricant on the key before entering, might help I'm not sure 😕

The filling loop on these boilers are a load of cheap plastic junk, and they want £88 for a new one!
