Early career EAS academic here. Thanks so much for all the videos you do! They have made the problems to work on in the profession clearer, taught me answers to questions I didn't know to ask, and helped me know I want to pursue academia despite initial road-bumps. I just applied for PhDs to the States (dw not to Stanford, no conflict of interest here) and the videos on applications were particularly useful. One of my best friends also just arrived in Stanford for her PhD in Japanese (Natalia) and I've been telling her how great your guides are, hopefully you'll meet sometime!
