Not sure why this is close to $4million in price. The secondary bathrooms and closets are so small. What’s up with the half size vanities? I’d expect such small sizes in Europe or small apartment in New York City, definitely not typical for the rest of the country.
No basement? Narrow hallways? Messy HVAC? Messy equipment room? No automation? This must be built by first-time developers.

Expensive in price because of the location and excellent school district! Totally get what you're saying though!
