My jaw dropped when the chorus part came in. The tension building up to the release in the chorus made it just so godamn satisfying man. Fucking incredible. Now my favorite flying battery cover on YT. And I love dat Dr. Robotnik around 2:14 ;)

This was definitely one of the better songs from Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and you killed it man! This is by far the craziest version of this song that's out there! I'd love to see what you could do with the final boss theme! By the way, the way you snuck in the Sonic 2 boss theme was pretty sweet!

I initially was turned off because you kinda stick to the same key at 0:34 - 1:00 (and 1:16 - 1:28,) which personally felt like a step down from the original.
Everything changed at 1:43. Excellent harmonies, fucking rad solo, and the way you worked in the Sonic 2 Robotnik theme at 2:14 was glorious.
Overall this is one of the best covers I've heard. Awesome job.
