sabse pahile bed se utho surynamaskar kro jitna ho sake apne app ko active rakho nature mai jao kiske apne ke sath ghumo thoda time do apne ap ko phir jab man ko thoda thik lage meditaion ki traf jao depression kuch nahi sirf ap negative energry to apne aur kich rahe ho ap ek bar hanuman ji ke mandir jake unko apki sab duvidha bato aur hauman chalisa path suru kro hanuman ji jauru apki help krgenge jai shree ram
