  • On the go call competitors will unrack bar and begin their rep count for their desired weight selected. A completed rep is when competitors but hits box set to their 90 degree squat and they return it to height of j hooks.
    Once squats sequence is completed competitor will perform under the bars for 5 rounds. Competitor can’t have any body part come into contact with the floor other then their feet.
    Once all 5 under the bars are completed competitor will grab a ball and attempt to toss into the bucket (any miss results in a 20 sec time add)
    Above is 1 round
    Competitors will complete 6 rounds and time will be recorded from the Go command to the release of the last ball. Time Cap is 15 mins
