Final Fitness Challenge Event: Bench Press
In this video, we discuss the final event of a fitness challenge, which consists of two parts. The first event is a bench press challenge where participants can earn points based on the weight they lift. The second event is a time-based challenge involving going over a bar, down to the floor, and back up, as well as throwing a ball into a bucket. The combined scores from these two events will determine the overall winner of the challenge.
