Im loving these solfege videos! Been practicing a few minutes a day. Thanks for the lessons, and im excited to see what the future solfege videos hold :)
I find it much harder to hear a note's solfege quality/name when it is in a less familiar octave. For example, as I tend to sing and remember upwards: do to mi to sol, but, apart from do, when you sing a note down in the lower octave I lose the feeling of its solfege quality. I need to keep practicing, of course. Thank you for these encouraging lessons..

I thought my ear was improving, but a few of those lower octave notes got me.

I promise with time you'll start hearing notes as colors, and the octave change, even if slightly more challenging, won't matter as much :)
