As someone who completed the NoFap challenge with 6 relapses total over the course of 90 days, here’s some motivation : a relapse may hinder your benefits, but you still get a lot of benefits. Here are the changes I noticed after two months and ever since : - I don’t feel compelled to watch porn anymore. Not only do I not get the urge, I don’t even enjoy the experience so much anymore. For one thing it doesn’t feel like me anymore, but for another, and I say this as a man, it feels degrading to see women treated so poorly when watching porn. - I feel more confident going up to strangers, and strangers feel more confident and attracted to me as well. I don’t even think about it too much. It just seems like the natural thing to do. I’ve approached more women over the last three months than I have during the last few years. - I feel more focused, energetic, confident and overall happier. My jokes land better, people seek me out as it feels like they don’t simply rely on me more, it seems like they WANT to rely on me more. - My memory has improved. I’ve always had trouble focusing, and there might be a bit of trauma from childhood experiences in there, but recently I feel less forgetful. I remember more things and people don’t point out how I’ve forgotten yet another thing as often. It really did help. So overall, I feel more clear-minded, more confident, more focused, and more sought out. And I relapsed 6 times. I’m not saying this so that you feel okay with relapsing, I don’t. But know it doesn’t take away everything you’ve achieved. I’ve fapped two days ago as a treat to myself for completing the challenge and while I do not feel horrible about it, I have to say I find myself less motivated and less confident. Which only makes me want to start again even more. I’m gonna try 90 days without fapping again and see if I get even better results. Good luck brothers !
Thank you for sharing your journey. You are already successfully breaking your patterns of behavior, pretty soon they will be completely eliminated. Best of luck. Stay strong!
hey man, have now 45days of no masturbate and porn watching. Hope I stick with it and make it until the end of my life. way back where i made that shitty things i felt sooo guilty depressive and listless and aimless... NOW i am fighting and praying for all my brothers and sisters here that they stay strong and reach they goal what they set it!!!! good luck everybody and dont fall in the trap of RELAPSE. We dont let our brain control us we control our BRAIN!!
@@jacoboreilly7526 I keep my fingers crossed that you make it :) Btw i have a question maybe u can give a asnwer does it count as a relapse if i wanted to google something on my friends phone and i saw his porn site but i looked straight away and give his phone back ?
Nofap alone wont be the magic pill. The willingness to change, to better is what makes the difference. Try different things or lost good habits My suggestions are: To do a sport. Gym, running, football, just moving your body Reading (Internet, books, whatever. Stimulate your brain) Learning something new. Math, history, coding, language, whatever pleases you Try doing new things. Eat something new/ eat less or more, try out different diets, wake up earlier/later, live according to different philosophies Approach people. Social skills have to be learned and waiting for others to do something wont happen. Dont give up just because it doesnt work easily. In suffering and restistence there is the most growth. First step to do is to read David Goggins book: "Cant hurt me"
its also important to understand the difference between long term- short term gratification. too much short term gratification ruins your life and your overall energy. long term gratification are harder to begin with but are giving waay higher spikes in dopamine esp. if the task was challenging, winning gets rewarded with much more dopamine then losing. to summ up, hold a balanced between those two but try to challenge yourself more then its ok to do some short term gratification activities and you dont feel bad about it. nofap is not magic, its a tool and you are the carpenter. it just helps to detect your problems better but you need an active effort from your inner self to make changes in your life...
Nailed it. Nofap by itself wont do so much. In order to experience the super powers, You need to replace PMO with healthier habits to experience the full spectrum of benefits.
The rat dopamine study in regards to addiction is always cited, but I've always wondered why scientists never updated and expanded the study to include humans or primates or dogs to study and get even more insight into the results.
Lmfao it’s not legal to forcibly addict humans to anything for a study. Which is why we’ve never technically proven that cigarettes cause cancer, even the the association is about as well supported as gravity.
@@Comebackstory955 I'd say to be disciplined!! I have been clean since then. sometimes I get the urge but I'll just restrain the act by going for a walk, taking a shower, cooking food, reading, or watching stuff that is not erotic-related.

Bro no fap is already mentioned ind Indian ancient books and that term known as "brahmacharya" in our books they mentioned that after a last process after making blood , muscles and after bone marrow the last process is making semen Of the food we eat Semen And saving semen also improved our motivation for doing task that we feal boring in masterbating times
Indeed, the practice of nofap has been mentioned in ancient Indian texts as 'brahmacharya'. It's fascinating to see how science is beginning to catch up with this ancient practice and explore its potential benefits.
When we talk about fap we also often talk about pornography, but these two things are always have to be related? Because to me, porn doesn't seem like such a big deal. But when it comes to fap, it's like I have a 2nd brain in my panties that's always trying to charm me into touching it. But it can be with or without porn, it doesn't really matter in my case. This is why I wonder whether it is necessary to rely on both
For most dudes it's a porn problem. I think it's the hard rewiring of our brain due to porn that will hurt us in the long run. Plus, I think the intensity of porn may bring desenstization to us, making dudes more susceptible to ED.
mhm weird i dont like the name because masturbating is nothing bad but watching porn is. Masturbation is stress relief and is very healthy for the prostate. Thats why i dont like the name "no fap" it sounds like a christan idiology .

Hey, I have a question. I already did the 90day challenge some time ago, gonna do this again. But what after the 90 days? No more porn/fap?
Goal is to completely eliminate PMO after the initial 90 day challenge.
My alone time did it.

No more
