TELUS has leveraged the Appian Platform to build Aspire, an application to manage their large and complex integrated planning process. The innovative application is projected to reduce planning cycle time by over 55%, saving more than 7,200 employee hours annually and preventing up to $42 million in misaligned capital exposure.
