I have a moveable container, could I use that to plant potatoes? I also live in a hotter climate in Georgia

Yes you can, as long as it will drain normally.

What are the Lowest temperatures for planting potatoes? I think we still have about a month before we can plant potatoes we are in Tennessee & by last year’s calendar we had a few days still dip into the mid 20’s till about 3/17. If you still have potatoes leftover from last year can you use them as your seed crop? Love your videos, even if I don’t comment on everything single one. ❤️🥔

For Tennessee, late March to early April is a good time. We will still have some pretty cold nights, but they will be ok. Not sure on the exact temp, but we’ve had some bitten by frost and the leaves grew back and they did just fine.
