Beautiful room! I store my dies in 8x8 photo albums lined with magnetic sheets. They are more enclosed than binders and I don't have any problem with dies falling out. You could also use larger photo albums.
@@christinemleung For the photo album storage, I buy magnetic vent covers at Home Depot or Lowe's and cut them to the size I need. I hope this system works for you!
Thank you so much for sharing! I always love watching craft room tours. It’s interesting to see how others have set up their spaces. Your craft space is stunning! I love all the materials used in this space, especially the wood accents and lighting. It warms up the space and makes it cozy, yet it’s sleek and modern. The inspiration board…I’m totally borrowing that idea! I would have never thought to do it that way. I would have never thought of these design choices on my own, and yet I feel like it fits my style perfectly. And the wooden stamps 😍 I too love my wooden stamps, and it makes me so happy when I see that others have collections of them too!
I’m so glad you like the space. It’s a style that’s not for everyone but I’m so happy that you could pull some design inspiration from it. And as modern and contemporary as it looks, I still gravitate towards a vintage vibe in my crafting. I loooooovvvve my wooden stamps too. It just adds that nostalgia. Happy crafting ! 😃
Wow so inspiring! I like your style and taste, such a joy to have been guided to your channel. Thank you for sharing your time, knowledge, gift and spirit.
Hi. This is actually wall paper. My designer sourced this one out for me. Unfortunately I’m no longer in contact with her. If you call a wall paper store, they’ll probably be able to help you. It’s quite popular. A lot of companies use it for their board rooms.
I use binders with page protectors for my dies. I cut magnetic register covers to fit inside the page protectors and stick my dies on the magnet sheets inside the page protectors. If the page protector is large than the magnetic register cover, I tape two magnetic sheets together and then trim to fit inside the page protector and slip them in. Sometimes I trace my dies onto card stock and slip that inside the page protector to keep the dies together by set or shape. For my stamp and die sets, I trace the dies onto 2 sheets of card stock and label them with the set name and slip one sheet of card stock on one side of the magnet sheet and the other sheet of card stock on the back and slip the sandwich into the page protector. I put the metal dies on the front and leave the stamps on the plastic sheet they come on and put that on the back so the sets are contained in the same page protector. It may be moe convenient to photocopy the dies and stamps onto the card stock if you don't like tracing or want to be done sooner.
Wow, I love your organizational system! I’m going to have to give that a try. Thank you for sharing that with me and the crafting community Pam. Magnetic register covers? I’ll have to check those out. Thank you again! 😃
Hi April. It’s definitely one of my favourite features in my craft room. Time to get a new table! Btw, the small one against the wall was from Wayfair.
You could always use the inside of those long wooden doors ( next to the TV) to store your dies….just add magnetic sheets to the inside of the doors. They would be visual but hidden. Great space hun❤️
I am so happy to have found you tonight. I have a craft room full like you. I have not finished organizing yet. You have inspired me to keep going. It gets overwhelming sometimes. We moved in to a new house getting everything out of boxes and into a new space to look nice, clean and comfortable to work in. Like you I am truly blessed the I have a space now to craft not just the kitchen table or bed room floor. Looking for to checking out your crafting videos.
I am so happy this video was inspiring. I definitely remember the days of crafting supplies and projects scattered all over the kitchen table! 😄. Have fun organizing your oasis!
😮😍I just found your channel, and this is the first video i watched and your room is a dream! So so beautiful! I pray one day to have the space and storage to fully organize my craft stuff. Like this!
Thank you so much!! I was pregnant with my second child when we built this. My husband designed most of it. He did a good job considering he’s not a crafter😂
I •literally• had a dream where I had a craft room like this about a year ago. 😳 I love it! Thank you for sharing! Now, I don't have to draw it out when we build our house, I can just share this video. 😄❤
I like that idea. My only regret is that I didn’t have more pull out drawers so I could do the same with my dies. I don’t like the binder system that much . Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽😃
@@christinemleung For Holidays, I have started to keep all the supplies I might use in one location. Rather than having to go around and gather things up, I just get out that bin or container.
@@kerriegood1046 ok, Gotcha. Actually I do that as well. I completely forgot to go through what I do with organizing seasonal / holiday crafting supplies. I guess that's for another video. Thank you again for sharing. 🙂
Hi Vicki. I completely understand where you are coming from. I remember those days…. Praying that you will get your craft space sooner rather than later. Have a great creative week
Goodmorning Vienna. The designer of this room was able to source this one out for me. I just started wax seals. I can’t wait to add them to pages. Do you have a supplier for the actual stamps? I only have three so far as they are spendy.
Love your space. So clean and bright. Love the combination of glass,, whites and wood. It’s definitely my cup of tea❤❤❤
Thanks so much! 😊Happy New Year! 🥳

Stumbled on your channel and I love everything you do. Your craft room, cards, paper bags and file system, organization - all stellar! 💕

I agree with you about the wood stamps. I love them! I look forward to watching your wax seal videos.

Have you thought of using the magnetic wall for die storage?
Omg!!!! I never thought of that. I’m going to try it when I get home today! Thanks for the tip! 😀
I love that you recognized Jennifer McGuire! So many people use her system and act like they created it! Love your space!
I definately try to give credit where credit is due. Have a great week!
Love the way you encourage your kids to use your cards, tags and creative bags.

I like it too. Another way to use it is with those magnetic storage systems. Just make sure the quality of the magnetic wall paper is top notch.
I’m very much a visual crafter so that table would be perfect for me to use.
