Great look into how marionettes work. I've for years wanted to make video's out of my music but didn't have the funds to pay others for their hard work and talent, so I've decided in retirement to make all of my songs into videos with puppets and marionettes as the cast. Didn't realize how much time was involved in mastering. Practice, practice, practice. But this isn't stopping me from doing a great video with my little friends. Thanks for sharing your talent and opening my eyes as to how much work I look forward to doing. Happy Holidays!

Thanks man! I've been a homeless guitar player and I've been thinking about upgrading my performance. as, like you said. Years of practice. When it comes to talent. So, at least I know it's gonna take 2 Year's to get really good at it. It got plenty of time. For practice. I'll start with the pelhem Marionette. The cross. I already got an audience. But, I know I'll be up all night to perform these acts. Hence, fourth the life and TIME!!!!!! OF A PERFORMER. I'm pretty sure I can Double my money to hedge the increase of food prices. Thanks man.

this is realy cool just got some small little marionettes and am having so much fun with them. this video makes me want to try and make my own little character
this is so cool, should this be a class in public schools...
When I was an art teacher, one of my fifth grade classes created marionettes. It required hours and hours, plus the cooperation of the wonderful classroom teacher who allowed extra time for students to continue working. It also required my bringing almost 30 puppets home to work on removing the forms from their clay bases.... this was a fabulous experience for both teacher and student! A course in marionette construction would be great as a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) class.
They couldn't have this in public schools. Then nobody would want to sit through Social Studies!

Cool thanks❤ I just made a cardboard marionette puppet can this be adapted to simple cardboard diy marionette puppets as well cause I just made a marionette outta cardboard he took 2 days will these techniques work for the cardboard marionette puppet I just made too I mean he is a very complete cardboard marionette puppet
I remember seeing one at a puppet show at the local community centre when I was really young. Not understanding that it’s not a doll after the show I ran up and took it off the stage, I ended up accidentally breaking it

This is an art form in acting !!! Only " creepy" if you make it so..
