You say around 0:30 that most of the weight should be on the hands. Can you suggest an alternative way to safely perform this exercise for someone with upper extremity limitations that make it difficult to put a lot of weight on the arms? Thank you for the video.
I believe I know competency when I see you and I see it in you what is your education or skills or how do you managed to put in words how competent you are if you can what is your treatment how can you prove that you're good at what you do?
Will this exercise work my lower back muscles? I'm having some pain in my lower back from sitting all day and I'm looking for an exercise that will train the lower back region.
The emphasis of this exercise is the glutes and hamstrings, while reducing the activity in the lower back, but yes, this movement does exercise the lumbar spine muscles.

When you tried to do the back extension machine at the gym but went down and couldn't get back up, so you had to look up alternative ways😂🤣😂 Thanks
