Welcome back! We missed you! Keep the real estate content coming, esp featuring low budget housing. You could also do more vlogs showcasing things to do in Jamaica, especially on a budget. I'm sure many of us would appreciate that. Whatever you do, don't give up on UA-cam. You are naturally great at being on camera and your confidence is always on point. I also manage a YT channel and it gets discouraging at times, but you just have to take a break sometimes and then you go right back to doing what you love.
