The time for a remake was right. With the Paper Mario evolving into something different from the RPG roots and the Mario and Luigi series seemingly dead, a return to the roots feels right.

I've played Super Mario RPG for years and I am thrilled that it got a remake. Btw if you've an snes emulator on your computer and a VR try merging it with virtual desktop app. You'd be amazed at how much more realistic certain levels are.
Mario rpg and metal gear can't wait to play also I find it so many people are saying the dq monster game is Pokémon but mid or they copying Pokémon now like what dq had a game like that come out a year or 2 before the first Pokémon game dropped 🤣

Also This Is Controversial but, The best thing in the nintendo direct is luigis mansion 2 for me, I LOVE the luigis mansion series, ive played the 1st game and 3rd, but never the 2nd since ive never had a 3ds, so im like really excited for that, (i had a DSi not 3ds) and man the new mario is so cool, the artstyle they chose for it is amazing, at first i thought it was kinda missing something on the title and then realized it was missing the "New", Since that saga/series is over (the new sagas/series) I hope the new series is good.
