I invested in Congress Heights (across the street from St Eilzabeth's) in 2019, and can def confirm the development has progressed steadily. Over the past couple yrs I've watched the $600k+ townhomes sprout up and the new Whitman Walker building is pretty much ready to open. Looking forward to groceries, restaurants, and hotels.
Surprised you didn't talk about Popular Point, the big park bridge there and all that. Yes it's pretty far off, but so is RFK. This is like a whole new community one day.
