Can someone please explain why the Chair Umpire reversed her let call? His shoe came off so that should be a let. Why did she change her call and give the other player the point?

Her reasoning was that she shouldn't have called the let because you can't hinder yourself and the opponent wasn't bothered by the shoe. BUT she did call a let, interrupting the point while it was in progress, so it should have been a replayed point. She called the let well before Dolgopolov hit the ball. Giving the point to Ebden after interrupting the point by calling let was the wrong decision.
Losing the shoe was obviously unintentional, it should be the same as having a ball escape from your pocket during a point, if it happens once it's a let, if it happens more than once you lose a point.
And certainly, if the umpire calls a let mid-point it should be a let, lol. Terrible umpiring decision.
